I decided to drink this one, which I wanted to drink first!
It had a fresh sweetness and gasiness with a little less acidity and was very easy to drink and delicious 😊.

I couldn't resist ordering a bottle of Nikomaru Queen from Hiran 😊.
My personal favorite brewery is Hiran, but I've been itching to try it 😅.
From the green apple and pineapple aroma, to the sweetness, acidity, and gassiness, everything is just right and you can drink as many glasses as you want 😊.
The Nikomaru rice used in the kakemai is edible rice that you can often find in supermarkets 🧐.

It has the same green apple fruity aroma, but I thought the sweetness was more pronounced and subdued compared to the black on the right 🤔.
Both were delicious, but personally I prefer this white one 😊.

I finished work early so I went to my favorite liquor store and bought a bottle of sake that I thought would be a good size to drink 😊.
It seems like a long time ago when I was in college I had my first Ottersai and it destroyed my concept of sake in a good way 😓.
I haven't had a chance to drink Otters since then and I don't remember what it tasted like, so it was almost like it was a first time for me, but in a word, it was such a fruity and easy to drink sake 😊.
It had a fruity aroma like pineapple, a clean sweetness that was not sticky, and a slight bitterness that left a nice aftertaste before disappearing 😊.
It was a 1 gou bottle and was the size to drink up 😅.

I remembered this one from a post by Yokoyama earlier in the summer and unearthed a picture of it so I'm posting it now 😅.
It was one of the sake that wiped out my image of Kyushu sake as Fukuoka and Saga, but in a good way!
The pineapple-like aroma of summer sake and the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness made it one that I could drink over and over again 😊.

Yokoyamaよこやま SILVER7 純米吟醸 無濾過生酒

I was hesitant to buy this one because it was a new sake from Yokoyama and I was not sure about Silver Super Spicy 7!
As the reputation suggests, it has a muscat-like aroma, and because it is unfiltered, it has a rich yogurt-like flavor and rice flavor, with just the right amount of gas, and I thought it was less sweet than I expected 🤔.
It's 16% alcohol by volume, so if you get carried away, you'll get hit easily 😅.

I was at the liquor store, looking around in front of the fridge for something to buy when my eyes fell on this one and I felt the urge to buy it 😊.
I bought it right after the Snoqualmie, so I thought it would be the same, but I was pleasantly surprised by its sweet and sour taste, followed by a crisp and clean taste, and the fact that it has a cool side to it despite its cute appearance 😳

I had a bottle of Hozasu at the Sumiyoshi Sake Shop in Hakata Station and thought it was great, so I bought this one!
Personally, I think I prefer this one to the Hozasu👍.
It was sweet and juicy, like champagne 😊.

I never thought I would be able to drink it at home, but I found it by chance at my favorite liquor store!
The first time I tried it, I thought it was going to be sweet and fruity, but I was surprised to find it was dry 😳.
I personally think it's dry but not too dry, it has a little bit of sweetness and it's very refreshing and you can drink it forever 😊.
I learned that it is not only rare but also very tasty, which is why it is so popular and difficult to obtain 🤔.
