I've seen many people drinking this one at Sake-no-wa and I've been curious about it for a long time, so I finally found this one 😋. It's my first time drinking Kid, and I've heard that it's a modern sake that can be enjoyed by everyone, and that's exactly how I'd describe it: easy to drink 😋. The aroma is gorgeous, the mouthfeel is gentle, and the pleasant sweetness and acidity spread over time.

The bar master recommended this one to me, saying that he has been here many times and knows what I like 😊. I was excited to hear that this is the first time Kangiku has released this sake, and I had to try it. ☺️ I had had Wakanami's Juhinmoku a long time ago, so I drank it with that image in mind, but the aroma was mild, with a fruity ginjo aroma like banana or pear, and the flavor, sweetness, and gasiness were just right, making it my favorite sweet-tart saké 😊.

GW in the world...yes, our company is on the calendar, so I'm working today.... So, in order to blow off the bad mood, I went to my usual bar to have a drink. Here is the first shot! Wakakusa Rendezvous🍶 by Kouei Kiku. This time, we had a comparison between the last one that had been open for 3 days and the freshly opened one 😊. We started with the one that had been open for 3 days, and while it had a calmer taste and almost no gasiness, it had a sweetness like white peaches that spread slowly and was also very good 😋. And the freshly opened one had the characteristic Kouei Kiku's crisp gassiness while still being fire-aged, and of course the sweetness like white peach, but the acidity and bitterness like grapefruit were in good harmony, and I could taste a little bit of koji and it was very refreshing 😊. I knew that Koei Chrysanthemum is delicious no matter what you drink. ☺️

I was able to purchase it yesterday on my way home from work, so I had the privilege of having a lunchtime drink on my day off: ☺️ I had it in a wine glass and when I poured it into the glass, it had a beautiful ginjo aroma like melon and banana 😊. The sip had an elegant sweetness, acidity, and gassiness that made me think it was an elegant and beautiful sake 🍶. The sweetness is not persistent, and at the end you can taste a good bitterness and it's a gooey one 😋.

GW is here! So I opened this bottle that I fell in love with at first sight at the liquor store 😊. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel, with a hint of gas, and the sweetness spreads slowly and the acidity is moderate, leaving behind a slightly strong bitterness that quickly disappears 🍶. I looked up the word "vesper" and found that it means "evening star" or "first star" and I thought it was a sparkling and gorgeous sake 🤔. Thank you for the drink 😋.

I was actually going to open it tomorrow, but I couldn't resist and opened it tonight😅. The melon-like aroma on the nose convinced me that it was already delicious, and when I sipped it, it was moderately fruity with a slight gasiness, with a good sweetness and umami lingering in the mouth, and a good balance of bitterness that disappears easily without being too pronounced 😊. It is an all-rounder that can be served as either an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink and is very tasty!

I suddenly wanted to drink some Kijo sake, so I went to my usual liquor store! So I bought this one 😊. I had an image of kijoshu as sweet, rich, and robust, but this one is not robust, but rather smooth and easy to drink👍. But this one is not so thick and smooth and is easy to drink 👍 But it has a firm sweetness, umami, and bitterness, and is a well-balanced kijo-zake that can be enjoyed with rich dishes.

I ordered the most fruity sake they are serving today, which is becoming a standard order for me. It had been about 4 days since the bottle was opened and this was the last one, but it still had a good amount of gas, not too sweet, and the unique nigori flavor was still there 😊. It was a delicious sake that makes me want to try it again next year to see how freshly opened it was, thanks for the food 😊.

Left side of the comparison This sake was also fruity, but the acidity was more pronounced compared to the movin' and budding sake, and the rice polishing ratio was higher at 70%, so it was a slightly more classic and modern sake with more rice flavor.

The middle of the drink comparison This one was the best! It's full of umami, sweet and juicy, with just the right amount of gasiness and a nice lingering taste that goes on for a long time, this kind of sake seems to suit me the best 😊. They seem to use Reihou as their sake rice, and you can't go wrong with Reihou nigori 😊.

I ordered this one because of the name 🍶. The label was really cute for the name, and the bar master said it had the atmosphere of a certain NHK children's TV show, which made me laugh 😂. It has a fruity aroma like pineapple and the mouthfeel is pleasant with a fine gasiness and sweetness, it is smooth, easy to drink and very delicious 😊.

It tasted fruity and strawberry-like on the palate with medium sweetness, low gasiness, a little strong alcohol with a chocolate-like aftertaste and a strong rice flavor 😊. It smells like melon and banana, and in the mouth it has a strong gassy and fruity taste with a moderate lingering aftertaste that disappears with a slight bitterness 😋. I knew about Kubota, so I thought it would be light and dry... but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be, it was more like a very beautiful sake that could be either sweet or dry 😊.

I had been eyeing a bottle of Reihou Nigori because I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it, and when I got the information that today was the day it would be in stock, I immediately purchased it 😊. The top aroma was like white peaches, with a strong but not too assertive gasiness and a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a slight hint of koji. I tried drinking it after mixing the lees, and although the umami flavor increased a little, it did not feel so heavy because of the gasiness 👌. It was richer than Reihou's nigori, with a slight bitterness at the end and it seemed to disappear easily 🍶. I personally love the light nigori with a little bitterness, so it was a dangerous sake that I drank so much of it that I drank the whole bottle in one night 😊. Thank you for the drink 😋.

If you like "Hiran", this one was recommended to us by our favorite liquor store 🍶. It started with a melon and apple flavor, then a hint of koji, a little acidity, and a hint of sweetness, and then a smooth finish with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes 😋. My wife's parents, who don't like sweet sake, said it was delicious and drank several more glasses of it in one night 😅.
