I'll be in Chiba for a while on a business trip starting today✨ So I went to a corner liquor store in Chiba station 😊. Here's the sake of the day! I didn't expect to start with Kyushu sake 😂. I've had Nanada a few times but this was my first time 🤔. The nose is fruity with a muscat flavor ✨. The overtone aroma is also muscat, with a beautiful sweetness and acidity! The umami was moderate and the sake was clean, fresh and easy to drink 😊.

I'm having a sake craving explosion today, probably due to stress and the end of my sobriety _(:3"_)_. I'd be most grateful for a 1 gou bottle if I were greedy, but sandeshi is also nice and easy to drink😊. I've had this one before, but I wanted to drink it again so I bought it at a special store ✨. The top aroma has a rich rice-derived aroma. I don't think it is fruity 🤔. The nose has a mellow sweetness of melon and banana, followed immediately by the umami of the rice and a strong gaseous sensation, and from the mid-part the umami explodes and it becomes a heavyweight sake 🥊. However, the strong gaseous taste covered it well, and you can enjoy it without getting tired of drinking 😊. The bitter taste was small to medium at the end, and it was very smooth and clean. ☺️ Ohroku is still delicious 😋. Oh, by the way, HinaHanaMama, I don't think that's what you're talking about? I have one thing in mind, but if it's right, I think it's a great probability 🤔.

At the usual BAR (6) We decided to finish with this one! The taste needs no explanation, but the beauty of Jikin is that it never disappoints ✨. There is almost no top notes. The nose has a fresh, acidic, fruity aroma like strawberries and lychee 😊. The sweetness and acidity come in late, while the umami of the Omachi rice can be felt from there, and they mix together to keep just the right balance until the end 😋. It didn't disappear all at once at the end, but slowly and gradually. ☺️ I'm always impressed by Jikin's popularity because they always taste great no matter what they drink 😍.

At the usual BAR (5) I was recommended this sake because I wanted to try a sake that I liked ✨. Both the top and bottom aromas are elegant and sweet, like melon and pear. The first mouthfeel is soft and calm? But soon the sweetness, acidity, and umami spread throughout the mouth, with the sweetness and acidity being particularly strong 🤔. It was a gorgeous cup, with a refreshing bitterness to finish it off 😊. I forgot to take a picture so I can't post it, but I've been captivated by Miyaganbai since drinking their new Orikarami sake, so it didn't disappoint 😋.

At the usual BAR (4) After being nearly knocked out by the large volume of drinks with Mr. Shichida and Mr. Naraman, we chose this one recommended by the master for something light and refreshing ✨. This was probably the most delicious sake I had that day 😊. The top aroma is a little lychee-like. The overtone aroma is of strawberries, lychee, and white peaches. ☺️ It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and although there is no gasiness, it is light and easy to drink due to its clean, unobtrusive flavor 😋. I felt almost no alcohol and no bitterness at the end of the bottle, it was like a beautiful, clear, sweet and sour sake that fades away when you notice it 😊. The Aruzoe I had the other day was also very good, so I became a fan of Masamune's instrument at once 😍.

At the usual BAR (3) I have a weakness for the word "Sake Future" these days 😂. This is my first time at Naraman: 🙇‍♂️ I drank it with the preconceived notion that sake made with Sake Mirai would have a calm and fruity flavor, but the top aroma is firmly fruity ✨. The overtly fruity aroma is also citrusy, and is preceded by a gassy, sweet acidity 😊. However, from the mid-part of the bottle, the rich umami of the rice comes rushing in, and the body blow from the umami of the rice gradually makes it almost knock you out in the second half of the bottle. ☺️

At the usual BAR (2) The master recommended this sake because he wanted something fruity and hearty! As the image of Nanada-san is that they brew fruity sake famous for its melon aroma, the top aroma has a melon aroma 🍈. The overtone aroma also has a strong melon aroma with a slight banana flavor 🤔. At first I thought it was a light, fruity, easy-drinking sake. But from the middle stage, the umami of Omachi's unique rice gradually took effect, and by the end, it turned into a voluminous and robust sake that almost knocked me out with the umami of the rice 😊. The strong umami and the acidity of the sake made for a good harmony of flavors, and it was a delicious sake. ☺️

At the usual BAR (1) After a short break from work, I went to my usual BAR to reward myself. ☺️ Here is the first bottle! I was so excited to be able to drink AKABU's SEA, which I had given up this year because I missed the timing... 🥹. I was so excited that I drank it before I even had a chance to check the top aroma 😂. The aroma is fruity, with hints of muscat and white peach 🍑. My first impression is that it is juicy with a strong sourness 😊. The sweetness is just right, not too sweet, and the acidity is strong and gassy, so it's very refreshing ✨. The bitterness in the second half is not that strong, and when you notice it, it's gone from your mouth, it was a beautiful summer sake 😊. I missed out on Mountain and Amber due to bad timing, so I just hope I'll be lucky enough to find them when I'm out drinking 🥺.

I recovered from last week's illness, but I was exhausted from the hard work during the day😇. I saw a video of a Vtuber touring a brewery and felt like drinking it myself, so I bought this bottle and opened it 🍾. Almost no top notes, a little bit of apple 🤔. The nose has a nice fruity aroma of apples and pears 🍎. After the refined sweetness and umami from the rice spreads, a strong acidity soon follows and tightens the overall taste. ☺️ The bitter taste is a bit strong at the end ✨. I haven't had Sakusan in about a year and it's still delicious 😋. I paired it with fried chicken and it was a perfect match 😊.

I was in a good mood after the end of my abstinence from alcohol and decided to open another bottle. I bought Nabeshima from a trusted liquor store online: ☺️ I bought it as soon as I got the information about its arrival in the mail magazine, so I was able to buy it in time, but the next day I saw the word SOLD OUT 😅.... The flavor is almost no topping or a little banana-like aroma. The first sip gives the impression of clean and dry, no sweetness or sourness 🤔, it started off feeling like water in a good way. I think it starts to taste like rice and fruity acidity in the mid-palate, and then it reaches its peak, and then the astringency comes in and kills it immediately ✨. I thought this one was drier and a little more dry than the purple Yamadanishiki, red Akaban Omachi, and orange Gohyakumangoku 🤔. I thought it was more of a food sake, so I paired it with sautéed white fish in butter, and it was perfect, and I think it shows its true value with food 😋.

I've been sick since Monday and have been laid up since then 😓. I went to the hospital to have various tests done, but nothing was wrong with any of my internal organs... The doctor said it was probably caused by stress. So after a week of sobriety, I opened a bottle of this one 🍾. This one is very popular at Sake-no-Wa, but I couldn't find it at my local liquor store, so I bought it online 👀. There is almost no top notes. The nose has hints of strawberries and raspberries, and the sweetness and acidity are very strong 😋. The umami is moderate and there is almost no gas and alcohol 🤔. From the above, this is more like a strawberry cocktail than a sake 🍸. The color is also light pink, probably due to the use of red yeast, and if you serve it without saying anything, it really doesn't feel like sake, so much so that it could be mistaken for a cocktail, and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like sake 😊. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like sake 😊 Of course, it's my favorite sake and it's a shame that it's only available in limited quantities.

I've seen the Oni no Kiri movie and bought this one because of the infinite connection 👹. As for the taste, the top aroma is a faint melon. The overt aroma is of pears and melon. It has a strong yogurt-like acidity, and while the sweetness and umami are a bit subdued, it still has the sweet and tasty sensation that only Hiran can provide. ☺️ There is almost no gasiness, little bitterness or astringency, and the 12% alcohol content makes it a dangerous sake that you can gobble down ✨. It tasted similar to HIRAN's MILE we had the other day, and I thought the quality was excellent at this price: ☺️ According to my favorite liquor store, this one was created based on a mistake in the sake brewing process, and they are giving feedback on the taste to those who purchase it as a survey through a QR code 🤔. As a fellow Nagasaki resident, I am proud of Mori Sake Brewery, so I made a comment of praise & support!

As a resident of Kyushu, my heart aches when I think of the recent torrential rain disaster in Kyushu and the damage to various rice farmers and sake breweries 😖. I thought I would try to support them as much as possible, so I bought this one, which I drank last year! Moderately bittersweet Hoshi no Yoru de Hoho The name is wonderful ✨ Well, as for the taste, the top aroma has a faint melon aroma 🍈. The overt aroma is a little subdued, like melon or banana, and is preceded by sourness and a hint of gas. Then sweetness and umami, followed by a slightly stronger bitterness and astringency that slowly fades away. ☺️ It's a little low at 14% and low alcohol, so it's easy to drink ✨. It's a calm night with a starry sky and a clear sky after the rain we had the other day. And lastly, I pray that the affected areas will recover soon.

After a long day of driving, we opened a bottle of this one that had been chilled in the refrigerator at home 🍾. I bought it on impulse at a liquor store that carries Kangiku the other day 😊. First of all, the top aroma is like melon and pear. The nose is fruity with hints of apple and melon ✨. The palate starts off with a slightly medium tight gasiness and medium to strong acidity, and as the temperature rises, a refreshing sweetness spreads to the palate, finishing with a pleasant bitterness that is characteristic of Kangiku 😋. The Hoshikai from the other day was delicious, and this one is no less so ✨. Compared to Hoshikai, Seikai is more acidic and refreshing, making it the perfect sake for hot summer days when you don't get tired of drinking. ☺️ The second day after opening the bottle. I think the acidity has settled down a bit and I can feel more sweetness. This is also good. ☺️

Now I'm going back to my parents' house to have dinner with my grandfather 🍶. First time at Abe-san, they sell the Star Series, and I was torn, but I chose this one✨. The aroma is melon and melon-like at the top. The aroma is like melon or pear, with a pleasant, slightly medium gasiness 🫧. The sweetness is a bit subdued and the acidity and umami are a bit stronger ✨. It finishes with a refreshing bitterness that you may feel a little 😊. Yes, it's delicious! I'm going back to my wife's parents' house and my father-in-law likes doshy drinks, so I chose this one. There is no heady aroma. There is a slight fruity aroma in the nose, but it is almost none. It is a clear dry sake with the umami of rice. It has no gassiness at all and the umami of rice is very effective. It is a perfect match with meat dishes and I never get tired of drinking it no matter how much I drink it 😊. I've been trying dry sake lately and I think I've grown up a little bit as I can now appreciate a clear dry sake for a mid-meal drink 👀.

We received a large amount of bonito tataki from Kochi as part of our hometown tax payment, so we bought this sake from the same Kochi area ✨. I wasn't sure whether to choose CEL24 or Nigori, but the word "nigori" attracted me to this one ✨. The top aroma is melon and pear. The overt aroma is like tropical fruits such as pineapple. The sweetness and umami are strong, the acidity is medium, and there is almost no gasiness. The taste is short and lingering, with a slight to medium bitterness at the end 🍶. It was a good match for the shrimp mayo I made for dinner, but not for the bonito tataki, which is the key 😅. However, the quality of the sake as a standalone is high, and it was a clear and beautiful fruity sake that can be used as both an aperitif and a mid-dinner drink, thanks for the meal 😊.

At the usual BAR (3) I had half given up on this one because it wasn't available at the nearby distributor of Kangiku. So we finally ordered this one✨. The top aroma is of apples and pears. The nose has the same apple aroma, and the gasiness in the mouth is pleasant and beautiful ✨. The balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is also very good, and the bitterness at the end is also a nice accent 😊. The gasiness and umami are in particular well balanced, and while it is clean and refreshing, it is also voluminous, making it a highly complete and delicious cup 😋.

At the usual BAR (2) This is the one that caught my eye for summer sake ✨ The summer sake was so good that I had high expectations from the start 😊. There is almost no heady aroma. However, the aroma is clean and beautiful with a hint of muscat and pear, which is unique to Omine, and the slightly stronger gassiness is very pleasant and lively. ☺️ The balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is just right, and my overall impression is that it was a sweet and delicious saké perfect for this summer, as if drinking a Ramune.

At the usual BAR (1) I've always been curious about St. ✨. The top nose smells like apples and muscats. At first, I thought it was a beautiful, clean, sweet fruity wine. But later on it has a punchy umami and spiciness, and a slightly strong bitterness that quickly finishes you off 😊. I thought it was for a food sake to be paired with some food because it is a little harsh on its own because it is a little dry. ☺️
