Nabeshimaきたしずく 純米吟醸

I was in a good mood after the end of my abstinence from alcohol and decided to open another bottle.
I bought Nabeshima from a trusted liquor store online: ☺️
I bought it as soon as I got the information about its arrival in the mail magazine, so I was able to buy it in time, but the next day I saw the word SOLD OUT 😅....
The flavor is almost no topping or a little banana-like aroma.
The first sip gives the impression of clean and dry, no sweetness or sourness 🤔, it started off feeling like water in a good way.
I think it starts to taste like rice and fruity acidity in the mid-palate, and then it reaches its peak, and then the astringency comes in and kills it immediately ✨.
I thought this one was drier and a little more dry than the purple Yamadanishiki, red Akaban Omachi, and orange Gohyakumangoku 🤔.
I thought it was more of a food sake, so I paired it with sautéed white fish in butter, and it was perfect, and I think it shows its true value with food 😋.

I'm so sick of being sober 🤣 please don't overdo it 😁you'll be weak in such a hot weather. The nabe-sama looks delicious 😍

Good evening, ichiro18 🌇.
I will continue to drink at my own pace as it seems my internal organs are fine 💪.
I thought Nabeshima = fruity modern sake, so dry Nabeshima is also good ☺️
