I never thought I would be able to drink it at home, but I found it by chance at my favorite liquor store! The first time I tried it, I thought it was going to be sweet and fruity, but I was surprised to find it was dry 😳. I personally think it's dry but not too dry, it has a little bit of sweetness and it's very refreshing and you can drink it forever 😊. I learned that it is not only rare but also very tasty, which is why it is so popular and difficult to obtain 🤔.

I had been curious about Oze no Yukidoke peach colored nigori for a while and now I have it in my hands 😊. It's more sour and sweeter than the Nagareki I drank the other day, and I think it's because it's 10% alcohol 😅. It smells and tastes like strawberries as it is reputed to be, and the nigori has a richness to it with very little bitterness, making it easy to recommend to those who don't like sake 😊.

A Korean tourist sitting next to me asked me if I had any good Fukuoka sake. I personally recommended it to him and ordered one myself! I forgot to take a picture of it so I borrowed the image from Toroki Sake Shop's website😅. I thought it would be sweet from the impression of Good Times, but it tasted really dry and the opposite, but it was delicious 😊.

The master of the bar said he was about to open a bottle in front of me, so I ordered one without thinking! It was very tasty, with a low alcohol content of 9%, but with a sour taste and a refreshing flavor without being too sweet 😊. I thought it was "Ruki" but it's "Ruka" 😅. The master laughed at me.

The master of the bar recommended this drink to me when I asked him if he had any good sake from Fukushima. It tasted robust yet fruity 😊. My personal impression is that it tastes similar to Koeikiku's Bikun from Saga 🤔. It was very tasty!

I had to buy it because they were selling the seasonal Momoten (peach heaven) 😊. As the name Momoten implies, it has a peach aroma, moderate sweetness and sourness, then a little stronger gasiness and rice flavor, and finishes with just the right amount of bitterness! I've also had Kuro-ten and Shiro-ten, but they have a different fruity and freshness to them, and I'm sorry to say that it's seasonal 😅.

I was impressed when I drank Suiyu before, and the bar master recommended Hana Yuu to me because he said there was a higher grade sake 😊. It tasted clean and fruity on the palate, but with a strong rice flavor 😊. I was told that a liquor store near me carries it, but I haven't come across it yet... 😓.

Memorandum When I think of Saga, I have an image of Nabeshima, but the master of the bar recommended Koeigiku to me. I was not a fan of gassy sake, but this is a very tasty sake that blew that idea away 😊.

Memorandum Shinmasa's No.6 A-type was the first sake that made me fall into the sake swamp! I had always known about Shinmasa, especially No.6, but never had a chance to drink it, so I met it for the first time at a sake bar😊. The moment I took a sip, I was impressed by how delicious this sake was 😊. It's been over half a year so I don't remember the specific taste, but I think it was modern and fruity 😊.

I've always been curious about Fukkai nigori😊. It starts with a pineapple and yogurt-like flavor, then a little stronger carbonation, and disappears with just the right amount of sweetness and a lingering bitter taste... It's the best 😊
