Opened a full bottle on Father's Day the other day. It is the first Kumamoto sake.
The bottle was opened with great vigor, and the sweet and tasty taste was just delicious. It was more like a cider than a sake. It is low in alcohol and juicy, and if I didn't restrain myself, I could drink as much as I wanted.
Next time I see it, I will buy it without hesitation.

Sogapère et Fis is a hard-to-find brand. I had been saving it for a special occasion, but when the expiration date approached, I opened the bottle in a hurry.

My first Aomori sake. I tried something a little different since I have been drinking a lot of standard sake recently.
This sake was brewed with malic acid yeast. The aroma was mild, and when you sipped it, you could taste the umami of rice, followed by apple flavor that gently enveloped you.

This is my first Nagano sake.
Lightly cloudy, but almost colorless. Slight pineapple aroma and taste. Not too sweet, with an alu feel and a bitter taste at the end. It was delicious.

I bought it at IMADEYA Ekinka store in Chiba station, which was one of the stores I wanted to visit. It is good that I can stop by without going out of the ticket gate - I want to have it in my commuting area. I would have liked to visit the main store, but I gave up early after checking the location....
Now, let's see how the NEKUSUTO 5 is doing......yes, it is too delicious. It had just the right amount of flavor and fruity taste, and I drank too much while savoring it. This is the kind of wine I like.

The reason I went to Chiba station in the first place was to meet someone I had met through a certain game 21 years ago, but I regretted that I had to bother him because he was so hungry that he was dying of gastroenteritis. Why do I do this at a time like this?
Well, the reason I met him now is because he suddenly started talking about suicide and was mentally unstable (although he had been hospitalized by a psychiatrist and seemed to have calmed down by the time I met him).
