I bought it at IMADEYA Ekinka store in Chiba station, which was one of the stores I wanted to visit. It is good that I can stop by without going out of the ticket gate - I want to have it in my commuting area. I would have liked to visit the main store, but I gave up early after checking the location....
Now, let's see how the NEKUSUTO 5 is doing......yes, it is too delicious. It had just the right amount of flavor and fruity taste, and I drank too much while savoring it. This is the kind of wine I like.

The reason I went to Chiba station in the first place was to meet someone I had met through a certain game 21 years ago, but I regretted that I had to bother him because he was so hungry that he was dying of gastroenteritis. Why do I do this at a time like this?
Well, the reason I met him now is because he suddenly started talking about suicide and was mentally unstable (although he had been hospitalized by a psychiatrist and seemed to have calmed down by the time I met him).

Sweet and sour aroma. Lactic acid type? Shuwa✨. Sweet and sour as expected. It has a good flavor, but it is a refreshing summer sake 🏖. It is not defeated by fried burdock with sweet and spicy flavor. You can feel the sharpness. I want to drink it on a hot day.

This has nothing to do with Houken, but I went on a tour of one of the breweries. I was surprised to see that it was quite mechanized. Well, it is a factory, just like a beer factory. It was a bit disappointing. Of course, there are some things that are prepared by hand.

If it's bubbles, I like to enjoy them even before drinking. It is blissful to watch multiple bands of fine bubbles rising in the air. Well, then, champagne is fine, but I would be happy to enjoy sake as well. But unfortunately, I can't enjoy it as much as I would like to because of the composition of the liquid and whether or not there is any residues in it.

Y+S. The label states the seller: Shigeke Shuzo K.K. Y+S. The label says the brewer: Shigeke Shuzo Co. Where is it? I googled. I guess it is Y of Yokoyama Brewery and S of Sumikawa Brewery. And then, I looked at the street view. Yokoyama Brewery is located in a peaceful landscape. The taste of Yokoyama Goju is somehow just right. It would be even better if we drink it here.

I haven't taken an international flight in two years. According to JAL's website, "Bikuyo Junmai Daiginjyo Mai" and "Sawaya Matsumoto Moribashira Omachi" are available on board. I want to drink them. The description of the Bikuyo says it has "moderate spiciness in the aftertaste". I think this is what I felt when I drank Kamikawa Taisetsu. Fruity sweetness followed by moderate spiciness.
