Hiyoroshi by the same Mr. Mimuro Sugi ✨.
The top aroma was a bit grapey and smelled strongly of alcohol 🤔.
The overtone aroma was a tropical fruit like banana that hit me hard.
It has a strong sweetness, and since it is a hiyaoroshi sake, I thought it would be a bit more square...but I thought it was a bit peculiar 😅.
The umami and acidity were a bit medium, there was no gassiness, and no bitterness or miscellaneous tastes.
Hmmm, maybe it's not a good match with hiyaoroshi for me 😓.
I drank AKABU's Amber last year and it was really good, but I haven't found any other hiyaoroshi that suits me yet 🥺. ichiro18Good evening, Chiesta 😃.

Recently, I've been going to my favorite liquor store and they often don't have Mimuro Sugi, so I don't have as many chances to drink it at home.
I think I was the last one and it had been a little while since I opened it 😅.
The aroma is fruity like strawberry with mild sweetness 🤔.
After a bit of time, the umami flavor increased and became more voluminous ✨.
I didn't notice much acidity, but at the end I didn't notice any bitterness or miscellaneous tastes, it was more like a slow fade out with lingering sweetness and umami 😊. ちぇすたーHere is the second cup!

The aroma is like white grapes with just a hint of fragrance.
The alcohol content is 11%, so it is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, and the strong gasiness and elegant acidity make the sake go down a storm 😊.

I didn't expect to start with Kyushu sake 😂.
I've had Nanada a few times but this was my first time 🤔.
The nose is fruity with a muscat flavor ✨.
The overtone aroma is also muscat, with a beautiful sweetness and acidity!

I finally finished my training and tomorrow I'm planning to visit liquor stores in Tokyo and have a drink (∩ ՞Grapehen ՞∩) MMI thought the aroma was acidic and old-fashioned, but when I drank it, I was wrong. It was delicious with a banana-like aroma and moderate acidity. くろOhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I came to Chiba today for this. くろIt's good. Rippi. Refreshing. Beautiful foam. Cheaper than expected. The bottle was opened with great vigor, and the sweet and tasty taste was just delicious. It was more like a cider than a sake. It is low in alcohol and juicy, and if I didn't restrain myself, I could drink as much as I wanted.
Next time I see it, I will buy it without hesitation. ゆたパパSogapère et Fis is a hard-to-find brand. I had been saving it for a special occasion, but when the expiration date approached, I opened the bottle in a hurry.
The aroma was faint, and when I took a sip, I felt a unique and indescribable sourness. It may be addictive.

This sake was brewed with malic acid yeast. The aroma was mild, and when you sipped it, you could taste the umami of rice, followed by apple flavor that gently enveloped you. yorkIt is fruity due to the fact that it is a nama-shu, but very refreshing and tasty!
I think it's probably because it's cold sake that I can drink it.
It's not like a super food sake, but it's good to enjoy it in the evening.
