As a resident of Kyushu, my heart aches when I think of the recent torrential rain disaster in Kyushu and the damage to various rice farmers and sake breweries 😖.
I thought I would try to support them as much as possible, so I bought this one, which I drank last year!
Moderately bittersweet Hoshi no Yoru de Hoho
The name is wonderful ✨
Well, as for the taste, the top aroma has a faint melon aroma 🍈.
The overt aroma is a little subdued, like melon or banana, and is preceded by sourness and a hint of gas.
Then sweetness and umami, followed by a slightly stronger bitterness and astringency that slowly fades away. ☺️
It's a little low at 14% and low alcohol, so it's easy to drink ✨.
It's a calm night with a starry sky and a clear sky after the rain we had the other day.
And lastly, I pray that the affected areas will recover soon.

Good evening, Chirsta 😃.
Beautiful starry night and roaring stormy night, really both of them, the weather changes as if it was not true at that time 😅It is also important to support Kyushu by drinking Kyushu sake!

Good evening, Mr. Chesta😄.
I see that it's not raining in Kyushu right now. I hope the recovery progresses quickly, but I don't know the damage at all... 🥺I can only support by drinking Kyushu sake 🙏 There are not many Kyushu sake in my hometown 😭

Hello ichiro18😃
Yes, humans are no match for nature...
It was so bad almost all over Kyushu that I thought I would drink and support you 🙏.

Hi Hina Hana Mama 😃.
It's sunny now, as if the rain over the holidays was a lie: ☀️
My favorite liquor store information is that some sake rice might have been damaged 😣.
Oh no 😓 but I'm happy just for the feeling 🙏.
