After being nearly knocked out by the large volume of drinks with Mr. Shichida and Mr. Naraman, we chose this one recommended by the master for something light and refreshing ✨.
This was probably the most delicious sake I had that day 😊.
The top aroma is a little lychee-like.
The overtone aroma is of strawberries, lychee, and white peaches. ☺️
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and although there is no gasiness, it is light and easy to drink due to its clean, unobtrusive flavor 😋.
I felt almost no alcohol and no bitterness at the end of the bottle, it was like a beautiful, clear, sweet and sour sake that fades away when you notice it 😊.
The Aruzoe I had the other day was also very good, so I became a fan of Masamune's instrument at once 😍.
