I did a double-take when I discovered it at the liquor store.
It was the first time I encountered it because I didn't even know it existed, even though it was a recommended brand.
I heard that it is only distributed locally.
It costs 2,200 yen for a bottle, including tax.
As it turns out, it's completely different from Jun Gin, which is the basic specification of Kinjaku. If you drink it cold, expecting a similar flavor, you'll be surprised (although the back label says cold sake is recommended).
If it's not ginjo-zukuri, why not try heating it up? So I heated it up and it turned into a monster.
The aroma is of weak alcohol and a slight banana.
It's sweet and fuzzy with a hint of pineapple.
It has good flavor and fullness, but it's not heavy and not tiring to drink. However, it is suitable for autumn or later rather than the coming season.
Of course, everyone's tastes are different, so there are those who prefer cold sake.
Personally, I would recommend it as a heated sake.

I wonder if you bought it at a supermarket near the brewery.
I've bought a similar label called "Jo-Sen".
I've bought one with a similar label called "Jo-Sen".
This one is called "Honjozo" but...

Makoske, I found this at a liquor store far from the brewery 🏚️.
I've heard it's not a special distributor or anything there, but for some reason it was there. I'm curious about the Kamisuzu😏.
