しょうたそ
The hot and humid days continue.
We can't miss this one in our summer sake series.
The bottle is a cool, transparent light blue.
It has a mild ginjo aroma. I imagined it would have a ramune flavor, but that's Aizu Nakasho. There is no acid at all, and the first sip was like a candy cane. The slight sweetness of the watermelon on the back label, if you say so, you can feel such a nuance. The alcohol content is low, and it is a summer sake that can be drunk easily. As the temperature rises, the umami also comes out.
This brand has a strong impression, but to make such a delicious and easy to drink summer sake is a true achievement.
