しょうたそ
The ban was lifted after the regular checkup.
This is the first sake I've had in four days, and I chose this one.
After all, we couldn't do the Hanami sake again this year, so we unearthed this one that had been sitting in the storage room. It's low in alcohol, so I thought it would be good to get used to it.
It's only been brewed once, and the aroma is that of rice that has just been polished.
It has a clean mouthfeel, but you can feel the sweetness and umami, and the slight sourness and bitterness finishes it off.
It is not a fruity taste, but a feeling of being out of the nose after eating rice.
It can be drunk like water.
I've posted a few of this brand before, but this low-alcohol spec is not lacking, and it's one that makes me think that Ro-Man is a no-brainer.
