What's that? This mouth feel! At first, it has a refreshing taste. But then comes the depth of the sake. What is it? What is it? I can't get enough of the refreshing feeling. But unlike recent sake that is only easy to drink, the taste changes in your mouth. It has been a long time since I have had a sake from Fukushima. It has a high degree of perfection. By the way, it is a limited edition. Fukushima-kan is great! This is the report from the second day. The feeling of change from the middle of the day is gone. But it is a safe taste that you can drink clearly.

It expands in the mouth. It has a subtle woody aroma and something deep. There was a barrel sake I used to drink a long time ago. It has a pure, robust flavor that is nostalgic. It was made in wooden barrels, which are rare nowadays, so it has a very honest taste and spreads in the mouth. Today, I will enjoy it with yellowtail sashimi. I am very happy. I would like to support the wooden barrel initiative.

It is clear but firm. It has a slightly strange aftertaste. I wonder what it is. I wonder if the alcohol has matured well. It is delicious. Polishing ratio is 50%, and the rice is Kitashizuku from Hokkaido. The alcohol content is 15%. I'll have it with sashimi tuna again today!

It is a slightly sweet but robust tasting food sake. It is very easy to drink and has a particularly nice aftertaste. The label comment is "A freshly squeezed junmai ginjo with a fresh aroma. The label comment is "A freshly squeezed junmai ginjo with a fresh aroma," and we feel it is true. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 15%. Today we will enjoy it with sashimi of hime-tai (sea bream) from Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, which we received as part of our hometown tax payment.

(The result is a light, elegant sweetness like the brightness of spring.) It was written on the bottle. Spring sake, raw sake! It feels fresh. It's sweet, but it goes well with sashimi. It's sweet and sticky. It's more moist than refreshing. It's like a sweet treat. I'll have it with yellowtail again today. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, the alcohol content is 15%, and you can buy a bottle for less than 3,000 yen, so the cost is very good.

It has a gentle taste. It has a different taste from the previous Ginjo, and is also suitable as a food sake. It is not unpleasant. It is the same as the last one. Today, since it is a Tosa sake, I bought some sashimi of bonito and sardines. The fatty meat of the sashimi and the gentle alcohol of the Bijyo sake spread in my mouth. Sashimi and sake are the best combination! The rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is 15%.

I wondered what it would be like with 80% polish, but it was just sake. It has a high alcohol content, but the overall taste is refreshing. But the alcohol content is 15%. Even though the rice is polished to 80%, it is refreshing. I'm very happy. I've heard that this is the family home of one of the parent company's executives, but it's nice to have a family home like this. It's delicious.

This time, I received a bottle of Bijou from Tano-cho, Kochi Prefecture, as a hometown tax payment. I received two bottles, one Junmai Ginjo and one Junmai, as a return gift. (The donation amount is 13,000 yen.) I couldn't resist taking the Junmai Ginjo first. It's so refreshing! No sarcasm. I didn't know it was possible to make it so pure. I felt that it was a clear, dry Tosa sake, and I'll have it again today with macro sashimi.

It's firm. It's more tart than fruity. The aroma and flavor spread in the mouth. It is thick. It is 55% polished rice and 15% alcohol by volume. The brewery is located in Imaichi, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, and the brewer was probably at Matsuya Asakusa today selling it. It was made in January of this year, so it is very fresh. It will probably change its taste. This is the second day. It didn't change the taste much. I think it has become a little more mature.

A little sweet, but as always, it goes great with sashimi! Today, I'm having it with Gokomimi yellowtail from Suzaki City, Kochi Prefecture, which came as a hometown tax payment. It's great! It says "First pressing Comet" on the bottle. Comet is a type of rice grown in Hokkaido. It was 16% alcohol by volume, 55% milling rate, and 3080 yen. It was 3080 yen. This is a high price. I am looking forward to the taste change from tomorrow. Also, it looks like I won't be able to drink outside due to the Omicron stock, but I'll have fun with this Fukushuku.

A little sweet, but refreshingly clear! It's New Year's Day, so I got excited and bought a bottle of Saku Daiginjo for about 4600 yen. Saku is delicious after all. And this Daiginjo is exceptional. It is indeed gorgeous and mellow. It goes best with sashimi.

It's quite good as a food wine. It's the best sake I've had recently. It is a sake that is refreshing, yet has depth and makes you feel like you are drinking sake. There are many sake that are like water, but this one mixes well with sashimi in the mouth and is great with yellowtail and tuna oil. The rice polishing rate is 60% for koji rice and 70% for kake rice, and I might not have bought it if the rice polishing rate was this high, but since it was recommended by Sake no Wa, I talked to the liquor store and bought it. It was good.

It is a little deep and sweet and goes well with sashimi. The label says it has a gorgeous aroma and sweetness reminiscent of apples and pears with a soft luster. The label says it has a gorgeous aroma and sweetness reminiscent of apples and pears. It is certainly true. It doesn't have a punch, but it has a mild taste. Do you think the taste will change? The rice polishing ratio is 50%. It is good. Today, the second day, there was not much change in the taste. It is stable. It is well calculated and brewed. I'm impressed in a way. Maybe it's not enough? Well, it's easy to drink, so it's good.

It's been a long time since I went to the Fukushimakan in Nihonbashi. The taste is very refreshing, but the alcohol content is high. It rolls around on the tongue. It is sure to change the taste. The rice is polished to 50% and the alcohol content is 15 degrees. The rice used is 20% koji rice Gohyakumangoku, 72% Kake rice Gohyakumangoku, and 6% Himenomochi.

It has been a long time since I had a sake from Nara. It is said to be made from 100% Yamadaho, the parent of Yamada Nishiki. It is easy to drink. My wife was surprised at how easy it is to drink. It is thick but has a long aftertaste. The flavor spreads in the mouth. You can feel the umami component. The rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is 15%. It is delicious.

It has a bit of a crispy texture. It is written that it has a soft sweetness and a good taste. The rice used is Yumesasara, the rice polishing ratio is 60%, the alcohol content is 16%, and the price is about 1,500 yen for a 4-gou bottle. It's a stable sake for a meal. It could have been a little more refreshing. I'm having it again today with tuna sashimi.

I bought it at Seven Eleven, and it was about 1100 yen. It's 60% polished rice and 15% alcohol. It has a little color. It's very easy to drink. I think it is a major brewer in Kanazawa. It is neither sweet nor spicy. It has a soft taste. It is served with tuna and yellowtail sashimi today. I can feel the setting of the sake during the meal.
