The alcohol content is 15%. It is said to be made with Fukuoka Prefecture's patented Yume Yeast No. 3. It is said to have a refreshing sourness of malic acid, but it is not so sour when just opened.
For those who like sake, this robust taste is easy to match as a food sake.
I had it with bonito and white fish sashimi, but I was so focused on drinking that I forgot to take a picture.
