It goes well with sashimi as a food sake.
It is the usual yellowtail.
The rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is 16%.
I was surprised when I left the cork in the bottle after removing the mouthpiece, and the cork flew off. It's still a fresh sake, after all.
