It's a little sweet, with a sake level of minus 2, but it goes perfectly with sashimi! Today we had the usual tuna sashimi, so it went very well. It says it's a spring limited sake, so I wonder if there are any left. It says on the label that it's for banquets where the ginjo aroma and light mouthfeel are enjoyable. Hmm, it certainly is. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, the acidity is 1.3, the amino acidity is 0.6, and the alcohol content is 16.8 degrees. It's more of an impression when you drink it than a description. It's a little sweet, but it's great with sashimi. It is the best to drink at home❣️.

Refreshingly dry. Sake of Kochi! 17% alcohol by volume. It is firm. The rice polishing ratio is 50%. It is a man's sake. You can feel the unchanging hometown. But today, we will have it with the hometown Nakatoro of Miura city, Kanagawa prefecture.

Gale of summer. The rice polishing ratio is 50% for koji rice and 55% for kake rice. The alcohol content is 15%. 2530 yen. Since the rice polishing ratio is high, I expected it to be more refreshing, but it has a solid taste. It's basically fruity, but the aftertaste lingers on the palate. I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes tomorrow.

It's been a while since I drank Senkou. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol level 15%. It is refreshing but firm. Good aftertaste. It has a little sweetness and goes great with sashimi. In your mouth, the cleanliness of the sake and the fat of the sashimi mix together. This is the second day's impression. Today's sake is very dry. I guess this is the beauty of sake.

I couldn't get to my usual liquor store, so I bought this sake at the discount OK Store. I was attracted by the 40% polished sake, but it was the right choice. It has a refreshing taste and a good feeling in the throat that you wouldn't expect to find in a discount supermarket. It's a bargain at just over 1,000 yen including tax! Please try it when you go to OK Store.

It's still delicious. Rich flavor. Sweet, but this goes great with sashimi! In Kochi, we eat amberjack with garlic vinegar miso called "nuta". This really reminds me of home. It is very different from other Kochi sake, but it is served chilled.

Clear, sweet, and easy to drink! The rice polishing ratio is 40%. It also has a Niigata-like depth. It rolls smoothly on the bottom. I'll be serving it with the yellowtail sashimi I bought at the OK Store today! I'm glad I paid 4000 yen for it. Thanks for the points.

It's been a while since I've had a drink from Fukushima. The Fukushima-kan in Nihonbashi was closed in response to the emergency declaration, but it reopened the other day, so I bought it. It has a refreshing taste. It spreads in your mouth. It is only 17% alcohol by volume and it resonates. It has a clear and solid taste. After all, Fukushima's sake is the best ministry. It is served with sashimi today.

I bought it at a supermarket because it was on sale at a discount. It was manufactured on February 18, 2021, but I guess it's on discount. I think it was more refreshing when I drank it in the past, but I guess it's like this when the rice polishing ratio is 60%. Today, I'm going to have it with bonito tataki. You may not be able to tell from the picture, but there are onion slices, green onions, and fresh garlic on top of the bonito.

This sake was given to us by one of our business partners. They grow rice at their place of business, and they turned it into sake. It has a wonderful taste. It is a very clear sake. It also has a solid and deep alcohol feeling. It is full of transparency, but you can feel the strength of sake. It is a man's sake. We will have it again today with yellowtail.

I ordered a set of six bottles of Junmai Daiginjo at Belluna, where I always order wine. It says to drink them according to the day of the week, but I ignored that and drank them in order. Today's Yanagi seems to go well with sweet boiled fish, but I'll have it with tuna sashimi. The sake has a 4.5 sake content, but it feels sweet. The alcohol is strong and a little tart. The price is right.
