It is thick. Dark, but refreshing. It becomes fruity from the second sip. I guess that's the point of unfiltered sake.
It is now in the second sip and the taste has changed to moist and refreshing.
I guess you have to buy a bottle and drink it at home to enjoy the change in taste.
Today I am drinking it with striped horse mackerel from Kochi, my hometown in Japan.
By the way, I moved to a new place and will be going to a new liquor store. I will go there from now on and try new tastes.
