I bought this at the brewery when I went to stay in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. It is not necessary to chill it because it is fire-aged, but I drink it chilled. As stated on the label, the flavor of the rice is well balanced. I always enjoy it with sashimi, and it is still delicious. It is not so much sharp as it rolls on the tongue. It is a good sake to drink at home in a relaxed atmosphere. The rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is 15%. Speaking of which, the brewery sells sparkling skunk cabbage, and I bought a small one and drank it. It was hard to open and overflowed, but it was deep and refreshing.

It has a very strange taste. Drinking it alone, it has a slippery feeling, but it has a lot of depth. Today I am drinking it with tuna, and it is perfect for that. It complements the food. Strange? It has a depth that is well brewed, rather than the clumsiness of 60% polished rice. It is a sake that can be drunk for a long time with no unpleasant taste. I purchased this sake at the brewery when I visited Kawaba Village at the beginning of April. I was able to observe the production process. Kawaba Village has a good roadside station. When I gave it to my wife, she exclaimed how delicious it was. She praised it for its moderate acidity and depth like dried bonito soup stock. I didn't feel the acidity that much, but I am glad I bought it at the brewery!

The brand name is Rashinban Kinryo. It is quite drinkable. It is firm but also refreshing and easy to drink. It is crystal clear. The 17-18% alcohol content seems to give it this robust drinking experience. The endorsement says it has a "freshly pressed, vibrant aroma. No wonder. It is served with sashimi today as well. The rice polishing ratio is 58%, and the raw material rice is said to be Oceto from Kagawa Prefecture. It is priced at 3,465 yen at the usual Asahiya Sake Shop. It is a bargain.

I went to Hokkaido every summer and missed it so I decided to go with Hokkaido sake. I bought it at my usual Asahiya Sake Shop using Setapay. 2970 yen, but Setapay gives 20% back. The taste is easy to drink but firm. I think it is because of the 70% rice polishing ratio. It is normally easy to drink and goes well with sashimi. Today we are toasting with sea bream sashimi that we received as part of our hometown tax payment. Both the rice and koji are from Hokkaido. It is 15% alcohol by volume, a little sweet, and leaves a strong alcoholic aftertaste that makes me happy. It is a sake for everyday drinking.

I've been taking it for about a week now. I write. It reads Emishiki, which is an unusual label. It has a slightly cloudy taste. It has a strong flavor, but it goes down the throat well and is very drinkable. The alcohol content is also strong and deep. The rice is Ginfukiyuki from Shiga Prefecture, with a milling ratio of 50%, which I think is satisfactory.

In fact, it has already been 4 days since I started drinking it. It has a robust flavor and, according to the store, is made by a shochu maker, so it certainly has a strong sake taste. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the alcohol content is 17%. It is easy to drink because it has no unpleasant taste and goes well with sashimi. Today, we are having it again with yellowtail from our hometown and tuna from a local restaurant. It is the best!

I have taken this many times before but this is my first time posting. I bought this hoping for a safe drinking experience. It is clear and transparent, but still very much sake. Today I will be serving it with bonito (bonito strips), which I received from my hometown, but it can be served with any sashimi. The rice polishing ratio is 50% and the alcohol content is 14%, which is a little low, but I will drink 1.5 gou of it, so it's all the same. You can taste it.

It has a stable flavor. It has a strong sake taste and depth. It rolls around on the tongue. It is just right for those who are not satisfied with a refreshing sake. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, and the alcohol content is 16%. Speaking of which, it is a ginjo at 60%. It certainly tastes like a ginjo. The gold 🦌 on the label stylishly asserts Nara's pride.

I often drink Mutsu Hachisen at restaurants, but I had never had it at home. It has a clear but firm and stable taste. It is a sense of security. I'm going to have it with Osechi today. I forgot to put in the data. The rice used is 100% Aomori rice, the milling ratio is 55% for koji and 60333 for kake, and the alcohol content is 16%. I feel fulfilled after drinking one bottle.

I had never had any sake from Aichi Prefecture, so I bought it at Asahiya Sake Shop in Setagaya Ward, where I always go, after seeing the sake's recommended label. Then, to my surprise, I was thanked by the brewery's daughter, a college student who worked part-time and wrote the pop-ups. I was surprised. I thought it would be a refreshing sake, but it has a complex flavor that goes down your throat nicely. It feels sweet on the tongue, but goes down the throat quickly. It is very good with a 60% rice polishing ratio. 3080 yen and 10% back if you use Setepay, which is very nice.

It is a little sweet, but has a robust flavor but no cloying taste. I drank a different Shichida last time and now it is my favorite. It's a solid sake, but it's also clear and deep! I'm happy to have this refreshing throat feel in a raw junmai sake. Today I have some Kagoshima yellowtail as a return gift from my hometown tax. I will enjoy it.

It has a robust flavor. It is a thick and corey sake. It is a dry junmai sake, but it has a clear, dry finish. At 70% rice polishing ratio, it would have a more cloying taste, but it has a clear and sharp taste. It has a good balance. It was a bargain at 2,860 yen. This time I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, which has a lot of Japanese sake in my neighborhood. Thank you. It is a seasonal sake. Happiness!

It is a clear, easy-drinking junmai ginjo. The name "Yukino Kayasha" is read as "Bousha". It has no habits, which is a relief since I have been drinking a lot of solid sake recently. The sake from Akita Prefecture is also clear. I will enjoy it with tuna slowly.

I bought it at Tamagawa Takashimaya. It is a wonder. I have no record of drinking Saga sake, so I bought it this time. I wondered why they put 75% rice polishing ratio on the front page. The depth of flavor! It's amazing. It is firm but rich, yet transparent. It's wonderful. I have had Shichida before, but I think it was much lighter. What is this? The label says it was brewed in 2001, but it was made in September 2023. Is this also questionable? The alcohol content is 17%. The rice used is Yamadanishiki. Yes, a good buy.

The entry is for 10 days, but I opened it on the 3rd and started drinking it. The flavor is a bit strong, but relatively clean. At first it was more clear, but it didn't taste pale like the sake from Fukushima, it was firm but light. After a few days, the taste settled down and stabilized with a robust flavor that I certainly won't get tired of. I will have it again today from now on!

I bought it at an event when I visited Isetan Shinjuku. It was originally a sake brewery in Fukushima, but was damaged by the tsunami and moved to Yamagata. Or rather, they were saved. The taste is not like Fukushima and it has a strong flavor. I have a feeling that Fukushima sake has become more and more refreshing recently, so this one is firm, but without any habits, and the mellowness spreads out. It is certainly dense. It seems to be akagane, the old name for the sake. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, and the alcohol level is 16%. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. I also bought a bottle of Koshihikari 100% in a No. 4 bottle.

Very refreshing. It is still summer zakari. Even though it is sake, it goes down your throat very well. It is clear and fresh. Yesterday I had it with tuna, and today I will have it with bonito sashimi. Alcohol 15%, Sake degree ➕3. The rice is polished to 55%. The rice is Hitachi-Nishiki and the yeast is Hitachi-Yeast. It is a bargain at the low 3,000 yen range! This time I bought it at Tamagawa Takashimaya. I love shareholder special benefits!

I haven't had Fukuju for a long time. I used to buy it at the brewery when I was transferred to the Kansai area. It brings back memories. This sake was served at the Nobel Prize ceremony. The blue label is a ginjo, so I usually drank the regular green junmai. Today is the second day after opening the bottle, and the chemical smell of the first day is gone, but today it is very clear. Fukuju is still delicious. I think it is exceptional among Nada's sake. I also want to eat good food in Kansai. Today I will have it with tuna.

It has actually been 4 days since I opened the bottle. I bought it with the tagline of using olive yeast (as if, muscat). It is finished very non-habitually. I used to drink Kinryo a lot since I was in Takamatsu until high school, but I felt that they have changed the taste over time. Compared to the old days, it is really easy to drink and lighter. I enjoy it with bonito sashimi while watching Seiji Rokkaku's drinking iron.
