It is a little sweet, but has a deep breadth that makes it a great food wine. It is firm but has a sense of transparency. Is this a result of the 50% rice polishing ratio?
I have never had a sake that has such a firm spread in the mouth.
Junodai Omachi, 15.5% alcohol by volume. I wonder what it is. The label is nice and unobtrusive.
