I received two bottles, one Junmai Ginjo and one Junmai, as a return gift. (The donation amount is 13,000 yen.)
I couldn't resist taking the Junmai Ginjo first.

I felt that it was a clear, dry Tosa sake, and I'll have it again today with macro sashimi.
