Sekiya Brewery's Ichinenfudo, which I learned about through Houraisen Sora.
Yumesansui sake rice is also new to me.
The aroma is not very strong.
I thought it would be sweeter, but it was rather dry.
I read that it is recommended to drink it cold, but I thought it tasted better lukewarm because the sweetness of the rice could be felt more clearly.
It went well with fried maitake mushrooms and swordfish.
Back (side?) The label is kind of heartwarming 😊.
