Pale green apple aroma🍏.
The sweetness of clear rice comes first in the mouth with a fresh mouthfeel, followed by umami and some bitterness 😋🤤☺️ delicious 😋😋🤤.
drinking at home (as opposed to going out)
200 check-in anniversary🎊
I visited the brewery (the store across the street) on a trip last year.
I chose Aradama's seasonal sake, which I started drinking
I started drinking it after I visited the brewery (across the street) on a trip last year 😆😆. I'm so glad I did 😆.
The introduction of the brewery says "Green Forest" (healing forest 🌳)....
I don't know what that means... ❓❓ I was surprised to see that it was a "healing forest".
The freshly cut wine is clean and sharp, with a hint of rum
aroma and taste of lemon, lemon🍋, and melon🍈, with a slight gassy feeling.
It had a slightly gaseous taste. I was very pleased with the taste 😀 😀
The snacks were sake steal with grated radish and rice balls 🍙. (LOL)
On the second day, the gassy feeling was gone, but the rum, the
lemon🍋 and melon🍈 aroma and taste were
felt rather strong. 😆
If you think about it, the three aromas when combined are
green apple🍏 aroma and I understood the meaning of the name Green Forest.
I now understand why it is called Green Forest. ☺️
Keep up the good work and I will continue
I'll keep on exploring. m(_ _)m
Hi, 10ZG-STQ!
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins 🎉!
What a comment from the brewery until... 🎵interesting 😁✨.
It's nice to drink at home and have a milestone sake with the sake from the place you remember from your trip 🤗.
Good evening, ma-ki-!
Thank you for your comment 😭
I'm looking forward to making dishes to snack on the weekends at home.
I'm looking forward to it, and I'm still drinking my sake with care. ☺️
I will do my best for the next milestone. 😆
10ZG-STQ, congratulations on your 200 check-in✅🎊🎉.
Nice milestone sake 😄It's important to have a sake with memories 🤗.
And the riceballs with the entree is so cool 🍙😎!
Good evening, 10ZG-STQ 🌛.
Congratulations on reaching 200 check-ins 🎉!
I'm so glad that you've reached 200 check-ins 🤣 I'm curious about "Aradama" since I haven't drunk it yet.
I'm curious about "araodama" since I haven't tried it yet ✨.
Good morning, Hiro-san!
The omusubi was made the night before at our favorite restaurant.
I had them made the night before and brought them home!
It was a good milestone ☺️
Good morning, Jive 🌞.
I too was wondering what this theme is? I was wondering that too.
I was wondering what the theme was.
It's a small sake brewery, but it's a good place that cares about the local community
It's a good place 😀.
Please keep up the good work 🙇🙇.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
The omusubi was filled with fatty salmon, along with a salty taste.
It went well with sake 😆.
As I mentioned before, I'm going to explore Tochigi sake
I'd like to explore Tochigi sake as well 😊.
Good evening, Masaki Sapporo!
I always look forward to seeing your photos of sake in the snowy landscape.
I'm always looking forward to seeing your photos of the sake in the snowy landscape 😊.
I have heard that 90% of Aradama is consumed within the prefecture.
I have heard that 90% of Aradama is consumed within the prefecture and it seems that it doesn't go out too much.
Please keep up the good work 🙇🙇.
Good evening, 10ZG-STQ 😆.
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins ㊗️🎊👏.
I could feel the fruitiness of the drink 🍋🍈🍏🍈🍏.
Aradama, I've never had it though I'm in a neighboring prefecture 😅.
The quest for sake never ends ❗
Good evening, N.E. 😊
Thank you m(_ _)m
I believe that brewing rice and giving it a fruity taste is the result of a unique sake making process.
I believe it is the result of the unique brewing process 😆.
The one that was served to me by the guy at the pub.
It had a white wine-like feel to it, but also had a strong rice bran aftertaste.
It tasted rather interesting.
4.3/5.0
It feels clean when you open the bottle and it disappears sweet and clear.
It is easy to drink, though the score is low because it is not my favorite.
Today it was local sashimi, horse mackerel, sago fish, sea bream, and 🦑.
In Shibuya with members of my former company (3)
The last drink of the day was Aradama!
I've had Aradama before, but this was my first time to try the improved Shin-Kou.
Is this a dry type? I wonder if it is a dry type?
But it's a little gentle and has a sweet taste.
Basically, it's refreshing, with some acidity 😋.
This restaurant seems to have a lot of spicy types?
Although we are members of the same company, the oldest is a senior in his late 70s, and the youngest is a junior in his 40s who is married to a married couple.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😊.
Thank you 😃It's really nice to taste some drinks + have a good time with people you don't mind 🥰 Actually, the members of this group are a bit complicated, but we are grateful to be friends with them!
