BBQ at Wakata's house ④
My memory is getting doubtful now😅.
This Izumikawa is a local brand of Hiroki Sake Brewery of Tobiroki.
I think there is no sake that Yuki can't get his hands on 😳.
We brought our own sake heater, so we visited the house and had the sake cold and top-heated.
The cold sake was of course delicious, but the heated sake opened up the sweetness and tasted even better.
The yam was also surprisingly tasty, and I was even more surprised when I heard the recipe.
Just sprinkle some ochazuke stock on the yam.
That's ridiculous...
A superb entrée with the highest level of ease.
The leader of the Sake-no-wa cooking team is confirmed to be Mr. Wakata 🍴.
Afterwards, we were treated to a cake 🍰 for the children, a meat suckling (also excellent), and other hospitality that we were not sure we could repay.
At the end of the party, we were escorted to the station by the whole family, including the children who had returned from club activities 🚶.
Thank you so much, Wakata-san and Yuki-san 🙇.
It was a very enjoyable time and the children will never forget it.
Thank you very much 🙇.

Maru-san Looks like a fun BBQ at Wakata-san's house. It is nice to be able to connect with each other in this way! And Izumikawa is delicious, isn't it? It's true that it tastes better when heated than when chilled!

Good evening, Sashu🌒.
I am very grateful for the sake connection we have through Sake no Wa 😊.
I think Izumikawa, as you say, becomes more and more delicious as the temperature rises.
It's also delicious warmed up or cooled down 🧐.
It's a good sake ☺️

I think Izumikawa is in the strike zone for both of you. It is slightly sweet and crispy good!
