Izakaya Shinkansen 🚄☺️ from noon. Kumamoto's sake, Karo, and Kumamoto's specialty? Chikuwa salad. Chikuwa salad is said to have originated in Kumamoto. It's a chikuwa stuffed with potato salad, battered and deep-fried. It's a calorie monster of a salad. LOL! I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels it's 50% more delicious than usual, spiced up by the immorality of drinking from noon! 🐴🐴🐴. Aha...I am happy 😌😌😌😌.

I'm going to try heating sake 😆. I'm not very good at it because I still have the image of the cheap hot sake I used to drink... 😰😰😰😰😰😰😰.... Hmmm...what is it? This...might be good? I'm not sure. No strong aroma or tangy taste that is characteristic of hot sake? This is easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm sure you can drink it outdoors at cherry-blossom viewing parties without getting cold 🍶. It is delicious even when the temperature is lowered and it is in a chilled state. I think Hepko may have finally reached a new level. The thermo sticker also changes color, interesting 🤗🤗.

Hello, Heppoko-san! I like the heated sake challenge: ⤴️ I got hooked on this sake when it made its debut in Kaze no Mori, but at the time I didn't realize it was heated sake and was impressed by the taste cold 🤣. Sake is a funny thing, isn't it 😋.

I've seen a lot of fizzy type of wine with sweet taste, but this one has a sour taste? I'm not sure if it's the acidity or the sweetness. Classic and Retro are different brands. It tastes like Champagne (white) combined with the freshness of the sake! 🤗🤗🤗 I drink it after dinner thinking it's a sweet sake, but I thought it was a sake that goes well before and during a meal 👍👍. I made a mistake in the order in which I drank it, but it is definitely a delicious drink 🥰🥰🥰.

The one I drank was the Modern fire-ground. I'd like to buy the sparkling raw next time I see it. If it is true, it would be great to compare the two. The taste and aroma of Hi-iri is definitely Sentori! I think it would suit your palate as well.

Supporting the Recovery of Noto, Tsunagu Ishikawa's Sake🍶. It has been a little over a year since the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Although it is no longer on the news, I am sure that life in the area is not at the level of what we can call "normal". All I can do is to drink sake, but I hope that the daily life will come back to normal as soon as possible 🙏🙏🙏.

Oh...forgot to comment on the taste. LOL! Well...it's Tengumai, so it's delicious! The sweetness of the rice and the aroma...it spreads like a breeze 😊. The aftertaste disappears quickly. It disappears quickly. It seems less lingering than the usual Yamahai, but... It's up to you which one tastes better. LOL!

Here's the final drink of the day! Sake for the earthquake relief efforts in Noto! It's a sake to support the Noto earthquake relief efforts! It tastes...well...it's from Kangiku Meikozo, so...it's delicious. It has a slightly sweet taste, but it's not too strong 😚. Supporting the earthquake relief efforts is a good thing, isn't it (I'm just drinking sake...)? (I'm just drinking sake...lol).

It has a sake meter of +15, which is in the super dry category, but as one would expect from a junmai sake, the first thing you notice is the subtle sweetness and aroma of the rice 😌😌. Then it has a sharpness! It disappears with ease. It is a perfect match for simmered or nabe dishes 😍😍. It's delicious 🍶🍶.

Hokkaido sake, nice to meet you 😚😚😚. This...yum🐴. It has a slight sweetness, but not fruity! It's pure rice sweetness, and it's so elegant! The lingering disappearance is also exquisite ✨. My partner happens to be sushi (cheap 🥲 from the supermarket, of course), but I think it's a good match 👍👍.

Juicy dry taste...what the heck is that? I want to be pissed off at the name. LOL! It tasted like...juicy dry taste. It tasted like...juicy spicy dry mouth reformulated. LOL! The sweetness comes first, but it is quickly followed by a short, clean aftertaste! It has a short, clean aftertaste👍. If you like dry taste, you may want to try the usual Kudokigake, but this one is good.
