Queen of HIRAN This sake was created while exploring the possibilities of edible rice called "Nikomaru". There are very few sakes made with edible rice polished to a 25% milling ratio. This sake embodies the image of the queen in HIRAN, with its elegant, clear sweetness and aroma, by using only the pure center of Nikomaru, the rice that represents HIRAN. That's what they say. LOL! It was a beautiful sake🍶 with a really elegant sweetness.

TOSAGURA Craft Series Toki MILD <Junmai Ginjo-shu As the name suggests, it has a mild taste. It's delicious, but I think I prefer the normal drunken whale. I miss the whale on the label 🥲.

Kikuhime is a delicious sake that lives up to its "rich and umami" advertising claims. This sake is the one that dragged Heppoko into the sake swamp! If this year's Tsurunori is released, I have no choice but to drink it. It's delicious. I love it 🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Kikuhime Tsurunori 😊😊 which got me hooked on Sake swamp. I found a bottle of No. 4 and bought it immediately 😆😆. The honeyiness that spreads after drinking? Caramel? It's still delicious 👍👍👍👍. I will definitely buy the new Tsurunori this month 🍶.
