Today we are in Hayaseura🤗. I was looking for a sake from Fukui Prefecture, so I decided to make it my "in-between-dinner" sake! This was... a hit 🎯. Both the snacks and the sake were too much! It goes better with salty food than sweet and spicy food 🥰🥰🥰. I eat and drink a lot of it. (← It's just my own spoonful. lol). Dieters beware 😋😋😋. Koryu is also delicious 🐴, but this one is hard to throw away 🧐.

First Tokushima 🎉Naruto sea bream debut ㊗️🎉㊗️. Sake from Shikoku (except Kochi) 🍶 is hard to find in Kyushu! Found it at a sake store I wandered into 🤗🤗. The mini bottles are cute 🥰. The boar cup looks big. LOL! The taste is light and dry👍. I had yagen cartilage to go with it, so we hit the jackpot 🎯🎯 with the combination. It refreshes and resets well seasoned dishes 👌. Synergistic effect... 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.

Kyuyo Masamune Junmai Daiginjo - 🎉🎉. I can't find this for sale at all 😭😭. I can buy Junmai right away 😅. The manager of a Japanese restaurant I'm good friends with kept it for me. And he also gave me an unopened bottle of sake 🤗🤗🤗. 🤗🤗🤗...😅 Manager! Thanks~🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️. As I've said many times before, this is a very rare sake, but it is very delicious🐴. This Junmai Daiginjo is especially bad. I love it 🥰🥰. I wish more people could drink this sake 🙏🙏🙏.

Nabe-sama~🥰. And Junmai Daiginjo🍶🍶. It's simply umami🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴! All Nabeshima is sweet and delicious, but even more refined👍👍. I don't often buy pure Daigin at home (← it's too expensive. I don't often buy Jun Daigin at home (it's too expensive, lol), but when I drink it at the restaurant, I splurge a little 💰💰💰💰.

Pink immovable 😘😘. Sweet and sour and delicious🐴🐴. I want to drink it when it says seasonal limited quantity... 🥲🥲🥲. Isn't sake too much like that? 😅😅. I'm a heck of a person, my liver is also a heck of a person, so I get drunk easily 😵‍💫. Sake swamp....scary...😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

I love this label so much 🥰🥰🥰🥰. At first glance, you'd think it was a drunken whale, right? There's a whale in there🐳. But it's Hidakami 😳😳😳. I heard there was a little bit of the winter limited edition left, and Heppoko drank it all 🍶🍶🍶. I can't seem to get rid of these cute limited edition labels and such... 😱. But I can't use them even if I keep them.... What do you do with yours 😅😅😅

It is said to be a spring 🌼 of the Four Seasons series, which expresses the seasons with the same rice and the same milling ratio. Summer, fall, and winter too...I guess I'll buy it... 🍶 lol. Most labels are pink in spring, but this one is rape blossom yellow ☺️. There are little birds flying around too, how peaceful it is. 🕊️🕊️ The taste was a little sweeter than the usual Tedorigawa. It is very spring-like and gentle 👍.

It's been a while since I've had a Tobiroki ☺️☺️. It is still delicious 🐴🐴. It was a Japanese course meal, but it goes well with all dishes👍👍👍. I never get tired of drinking a well-balanced sake with a refreshing taste 😊😊.

Your first series of drinks 2🤗🤗🤗. Aha... this this this 😊. Saga👍S.A.G.A Saga indeed! Gentle 🥰🥰🥰. A little less sweet than the Nabesama, but with a nice sweetness combined with the shuwashu. Great with fruit after dinner 🤩🤩🤩🤩. It's hard to know how to pair a new drink with something you've never had before until you try it 😎? I'm not sure how to match it until I try it 😎. The subtitle "budding" is also good👍👍👍. Oy! Saga Prefecture! If you appeal sake, your attractiveness ranking might explode~ ⬆️⬆️⬆️

First time in a series on alcohol 🤗🤗🤗(Oh, sorry, it's not a series. 🤗🤗🤗🤗 (Oh, I'm not making a series, don't be sorry.) Sakura label at this time of the year...isn't it unfair❓I'll definitely buy it...! LOL! And the taste is....refreshing with a moderate sweetness and sourness 😳😳😳. This....is the kind of thing that would be delicious with a meal...! (Heppoko drinks it after meals. (Heppoko drinks it after meals. lol). I'd like to pair it with something like kiss-ten. I'm sure Heppoko isn't the only one who bought it thinking "sakura label = sweet flavor...". LOL!

It's pink 🩷. And it was soooo shwishy ✨. It popped all over the boar's mouth...it's already too energetic 🎉🎉. Sweet and delicious flavor 🐴 as it looks. Strawberry-y 🍓🍓🍓 of course. This is more of a dessert🍰certification than a sake 🤗. I would love to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms 🥰🥰🥰.

The restaurant we always go to served us a sake from their back menu that we had never heard of 🤗🤗. It's a sake from Kawazu Sake Brewery in Kumamoto that was entered in a sake competition 🍶. I heard it is not sold in the market, so I don't know if it's worth introducing 😅. It has a hint of sweetness, but it's light and refreshing. It has a classical taste👍👍. I know people have their own taste preferences, but I would be so happy to be allowed to drink a rare sake specially 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Oh...you got it 😳! I thought it would be more sweet and fruity 🙃. It was so fresh and refreshing 😊. I'm going to buy the Hanami bento sold at the department store and go Hanami 🌸🌸🌸! It seems to go well with meat, fish, vegetables, any food 🐴. The back of the bottle says, "Sakura no hana, sakura no hana ni, sakura no koromo ni." I remember a song by Misato Watanabe...(too old?) 😅😅. (Too old?) 😅😅😅. If anyone knows it...please comment. LOL🥰🥰🥰.

The theme is "Kaze no Mori, the flavor the brewer wants to drink." ☺️ I can't tell the difference in delicate taste 🥲. But all Kaze no Mori have a gentle taste🥰🥰. I can't explain in detail...but it's um🐴👍. It's also nice to see the names of all the brewers on the label 🤗. It's like a great movie! The one that will make all of America cry. LOL!

It seems to be the leftover alcohol from the tank (← expression is awful. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. Because it's written on the label. LOL! This is good! 👍👍. Kudokibe...my favorite brand, but Daiginjyo...still delicious 🐴🐴. It tastes really beautiful. When I hear the name "Kame-Senjin"...all I can think of is the image of puff-puff. (←Does that give away my generation? (←Will the generation be revealed?) 🥰. It's a luxury sake for drinking out, but sometimes I want to buy a Daiginjo as a reward for myself 🎉🎉🎉.
