It seems to be the leftover alcohol from the tank (← expression is awful. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. Because it's written on the label. LOL!

Kudokibe...my favorite brand, but Daiginjyo...still delicious 🐴🐴. It tastes really beautiful.
When I hear the name "Kame-Senjin"...all I can think of is the image of puff-puff. (←Does that give away my generation? (←Will the generation be revealed?) 🥰. It's a luxury sake for drinking out, but sometimes I want to buy a Daiginjo as a reward for myself 🎉🎉🎉.

Nice to meet you, Koikawa 😃. It's a very light and dry sake with a Sake degree of +21 degrees! It tastes like a light and dry sake. I had the sea bream simmered in Kabuto-niku with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sweet and spicy rich seasoned Kabuto nikomi goes great with it........ Dry sake is the best combination for delicious simmered dishes and nabe. Both the food and the sake are great 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.

I guess so... 🙃 I thought the image of sake from Hyogo Prefecture was all light and dry! I was expecting it to be very light and dry, but it's gentler than I expected. Is it because it's a draft sake? Is it because it's made in the mountains? Is Hyogo Prefecture a mountain town or a village? A village? (←Heppoko is actually from Osaka) ☺️☺️. At the time, I was passing through without even knowing it was a delicious sake rice. LOL!

I like Ishikawa sake...finally made my debut at Yoshidagura U. ㊗️🎉.
We started with a kijoshu right off the bat, but it was 🐴🐴🐴🐴. Yamahai, right? It's a kijoshu, right? I thought it would have a heavier flavor, but... it's easy to drink 🤗🤗. Yes, yes, it's Senkou, a heck of a favorite 🥰🥰. Last time it was a draft sake, this time it was fired 🔥.
Naturally, the gassiness has decreased. But...it still has a gassy feeling on the tongue👍. The yeast is still healthy😃. The aroma has been reduced and it's clearer 😊. The accompaniment is strawberry 🍓 goes well with it 😍It's a fromage...no it's a marriage. LOL!!!
Of course it would be delicious with food, but it is good with berry fruits 🎉. Maybe next time I'll try it with some Shine Muscat (I can't afford the expensive ones......lol). LOL)

It's 80% polished rice, right? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to polish the rice. It's so good, you don't even need to polish the rice! It's not clean and clear sake, but rather a clean and refreshing sake. It's not a clean and refreshing sake, but a complex combination of various flavors that balance each other. ☺️ I love this kind of sake 😍😍.

This is! It's a very classic sake 🍶, THE junmai sake 🤗.
It's a classic sake, but with a fruity flavor! It tastes like a sake. It has a slight sweetness from the rice, but the umami or bitterness? Bitterness? Bitterness? It has a nice sharp aftertaste 🤗. I would like to pair it with something as a food wine...hmmm 🧐.

The sweetness and gorgeous aroma 🌸🌸🌸 is worthy of the pink flower-patterned label. And as expected of Tasake, even the aftertaste is beautiful👍. It's a spring flavor 🎠.

It's finally here! Junmai Ginjo🎉🎉 from Kyuyo Masamune
Junmai and Junmai-Daiginjo have been available...but...2 years of refraction (I don't know if it was refracted or not.... (I don't know if I've been refracting. lol) It's out now! Jungin "Harusumi" 🌸.
The flavor base is similar to that of Junmai (←a person who has no sense of taste talks about taste, lol), but the aroma is gorgeous. (←The taste tone-deaf person talks about the taste. lol) But the aroma is gorgeous! (←I'm sorry if it's my imagination. 🙇♀️). I don't know what kind of aroma it has (🥸). It's kind of gorgeous (←It's messy after all... lol). (←It's a bit of a mess after all. lol). I knew it was delicious 🎠🎠🎠🎠.
To all the sake fans in Japan! Try one and drink it 😍😍.

Kyuyo Masamune is a sake from Kumamoto...it's very minor 😭. It's cheap and tasty though 🥲. The same Kumamoto's Sansan-sama is national in 3 years....Kyuyo-san still has 2 years to go😊and one more year to go!
The taste is...delicious🐴🐴🐴🐴. It has the sweetness of rice that is typical of Junmai sake, a clean feeling, and an elegant gas feeling on the tongue👍👍👍👍. No weird insistence or miscellaneous taste or smell at all! 😳.
Heppoko...I want to spread this all over the country! but today I want to keep it all to myself. LOL!
