Royal road, new policy! 😊 Nilgame...I used katakana because it's too much trouble to convert kanji. LOL! The rice polishing ratio is 88%! It's a sake with 88% polished rice! And yet...why? It's easy to drink without any unpleasant taste. As expected of Niimasa! That's all I can say. I can only say "Shinsei!

This is my first time having cold red plum 😊. It's delicious...just the way I like it 🥰. It has a gentle sweetness on the palate and the aftertaste is like the falling cherry blossoms of HARU (← poet, huh?)! LOL). The rabbit label is also cute, so I hope you will take this sake with you when you go cherry blossom viewing 🍶.

Huh? This is the flying luan? It's not as sweet as you might think! It has a strong bitter and sour taste, and is extremely refreshing. If I were to use an analogy, it's like an unsweetened lemon shochu high 😆😆It can reset your palate in an instant, even after a greasy meal! Try it with fried or grilled meat 🥰🥰🥰.

It was delicious! But more than that, the saying on the back label stuck in my mind! "He who runs after two hares will catch them both." I had never thought of this idea.... It is important to make an effort to gain two rabbits. I thought, "I'm not too greedy, but I'm going to do my best", lol. Sorry for not commenting on alcohol 🙏.

The restaurant served me a birthday drink 🤗🤗. ✨Schwah, schwah, schwah. I don't know if this is fermented in the bottle, but it is shwah shwah shwah. LOL! For my taste, I prefer the regular Houou Mita, but it's good for a toast 👍👍.

I drank it for the first time😊 I can only say...hey...it's as good as it should be. As is common with the top ranking brands, everything is well balanced. I was curious about the label, so I tried this one as well. It was a little light, perhaps because of its low alcohol content (13%). It also has a bit of a gassy feeling, so it's an easy-drinking sake. I was very pleased with the taste 😁.
