Xinzheng 🤗Xtype🍶. Nice to meet you 😊. This is it! Ummm 🎠🎠🎠🎠. Compared to the other Shinmasa series, it's exceptional 😳. The softness at the moment you put it in your mouth? It's like it goes through your mouth without any resistance, but it also has depth and umami 🐴🐴🐴. It's different from light, it's different from gentle, it's soft... (you can't tell at all, can you? LOL). And then, a peachy aroma comes through afterwards 🥰🥰🥰. No wonder it ranks high in popularity 🍑🍑🍑. ⬆️⬆️ It was a bit pricey, but worth it! It was ✨. As expected from Shinsei 🌟.

I drank the nigori of natural sake 🤗🤗. No, no, too much nigori! LOL. It's a doburoku 😳. It's as cloudy as milk😅😅. The taste...I thought it would taste more like sakekasu...but it's surprisingly refreshing despite this color and sludge...👍👍. It's like a cold sake lees soup without the smell 😊. If you sprinkle a little salt and pepper, it would be like a vichyssoise 🍲.

Last time I drank it was called "Erotic" and this time it's "Naturelle" 🤗. Hmmm... it's the same white wine-like... but I don't remember too much to compare 🙇🙇🙇🙇. So...I'll just say they are both white wines. LOL!!!

Kouei Kiku "Dusk Orange" 😋😋. I got it from a liquor store that had it quietly left in the fridge in the back 🎉🎉. Thank you 🙇🙇🙇. The taste is...exactly what the name implies👍. It's not too sweet, with a refreshing citrus 🍊 acidity and aroma, and a clean aftertaste ✨✨. The alcohol is also 13%, making it easy to drink 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. After all, S-A-G-A Saga...all the sake is good 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.

Heppoko's Ehime debut ㊗️🎉㊗️. I went to a department store while I was at work and saw this girl 🤗🤗. I was at work when I went to the department store and saw this girl! （I was at work, right? (I'm at work, right?! lol). So here's my review😊. A solid classic THE Han sake 🍶 (who knew?!). It's a classic sake. Looks like it would go well with oden and other dishes. And then...salt 🧂‼︎. Salt and this baby will make a perpetual spiral 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 (← it will destroy your liver, though. (It will destroy your liver, though. lol).

This is a birthday gift 😊😊. I got it because Heppoko likes Junmai Ginjo 🎉Thank you 🙇. The taste is...refreshing! 🌟🌟🌟. I think it has a good sense of gas and the freshness of the raw sake 🍶🍶. It's like a dry Champagne! (I don't know much about dry champagne. (I don't know anything about dry champagne.) (I don't know anything about dry Champagne, but lol...) This is just my impression, but I thought it would be a sake that would cover everything from a mid-meal drink to an after-dinner drink. Overall review...mmmm 🐴🐴🐴🐴!

It's a light and dry Tengumai 🤗. And it is Junmai Daiginjo 🎉🎉. The taste is.....................................light and dry! LOL...it's junmai daiginjo. It's junmai daiginjo... so it's clean and refreshing without any cloying taste 🧐🧐. Hmmm... I have an image that Ishikawa sake has some miscellaneous taste and bitterness but it's well balanced and deep 😅. If you want a clean taste, you might be better off with other sake. 🙇‍♀️ (← this is my personal opinion)

Mihoou🤗. It's Kochi Prefecture's sake after all! It's delicious 🐴↑👍. It has a refreshing feeling from the gentle sweetness of the rice 🌾. The sharpness is good~☺️. I had a little bit of peculiar bonito tataki with green onion and garlic 🥰🥰🥰. And then this beauty! 😋😋😋. It looks the most delicious. I want to try it in the real Kochi one day! 😍😍.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Seven Steps Snake 🤗. It's an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so I thought it would be refreshing and crisp. I thought it would be refreshing and crisp! 😳😳. It's so rich! It's a rich and delicious type 🐴🐴🐴🐴. Slightly different, but close to Kikuhime's Tsurunori? 🧐. Like Tsurunori, it has a thick and deep flavor, but it seems to be different which one you prefer 😊. Heppoko prefers Tsurunori 😋😋😋.

This... you know what? Kikuhime one-cup 🤗. One-cup has a strong image of when Heppoko hated sake... 😰😰. However, it's true! It's delicious! It's properly Kikuhime 😳😳😳. As stated on the label, Kikuhime is "rich and delicious". That's exactly what it is! (←The explanation is a bit confusing. (←Too much explanation. lol). Well...the concept of one cup has been completely overturned. 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ It was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

Today we went out and drank a lot 😋😋. First of all, Urakasumi "Haru-kaku" 🤗. It's so good! Sweet and tasty with a refreshing sourness 😊😊. This is...Heppoko's favorite 😍😍. Of course it's seasonal, so I won't be able to drink it until next year... 🥲🥲. I'll miss it, but I want to drink it again next year 🍶. Japan has four seasons...once again I am happy 😊😊😊.

Today we are in Hayaseura🤗. I was looking for a sake from Fukui Prefecture, so I decided to make it my "in-between-dinner" sake! This was... a hit 🎯. Both the snacks and the sake were too much! It goes better with salty food than sweet and spicy food 🥰🥰🥰. I eat and drink a lot of it. (← It's just my own spoonful. lol). Dieters beware 😋😋😋. Koryu is also delicious 🐴, but this one is hard to throw away 🧐.

First Tokushima 🎉Naruto sea bream debut ㊗️🎉㊗️. Sake from Shikoku (except Kochi) 🍶 is hard to find in Kyushu! Found it at a sake store I wandered into 🤗🤗. The mini bottles are cute 🥰. The boar cup looks big. LOL! The taste is light and dry👍. I had yagen cartilage to go with it, so we hit the jackpot 🎯🎯 with the combination. It refreshes and resets well seasoned dishes 👌. Synergistic effect... 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.

Kyuyo Masamune Junmai Daiginjo - 🎉🎉. I can't find this for sale at all 😭😭. I can buy Junmai right away 😅. The manager of a Japanese restaurant I'm good friends with kept it for me. And he also gave me an unopened bottle of sake 🤗🤗🤗. 🤗🤗🤗...😅 Manager! Thanks~🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️. As I've said many times before, this is a very rare sake, but it is very delicious🐴. This Junmai Daiginjo is especially bad. I love it 🥰🥰. I wish more people could drink this sake 🙏🙏🙏.

Nabe-sama~🥰. And Junmai Daiginjo🍶🍶. It's simply umami🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴! All Nabeshima is sweet and delicious, but even more refined👍👍. I don't often buy pure Daigin at home (← it's too expensive. I don't often buy Jun Daigin at home (it's too expensive, lol), but when I drink it at the restaurant, I splurge a little 💰💰💰💰.

I love this label so much 🥰🥰🥰🥰. At first glance, you'd think it was a drunken whale, right? There's a whale in there🐳. But it's Hidakami 😳😳😳. I heard there was a little bit of the winter limited edition left, and Heppoko drank it all 🍶🍶🍶. I can't seem to get rid of these cute limited edition labels and such... 😱. But I can't use them even if I keep them.... What do you do with yours 😅😅😅

It is said to be a spring 🌼 of the Four Seasons series, which expresses the seasons with the same rice and the same milling ratio. Summer, fall, and winter too...I guess I'll buy it... 🍶 lol. Most labels are pink in spring, but this one is rape blossom yellow ☺️. There are little birds flying around too, how peaceful it is. 🕊️🕊️ The taste was a little sweeter than the usual Tedorigawa. It is very spring-like and gentle 👍.

Your first series of drinks 2🤗🤗🤗. Aha... this this this 😊. Saga👍S.A.G.A Saga indeed! Gentle 🥰🥰🥰. A little less sweet than the Nabesama, but with a nice sweetness combined with the shuwashu. Great with fruit after dinner 🤩🤩🤩🤩. It's hard to know how to pair a new drink with something you've never had before until you try it 😎? I'm not sure how to match it until I try it 😎.
