The 3rd Izakaya Shinkansen is now open 🤗. We are back in Osaka, so of course we will be serving Osaka sake 🍶. Akirika" 🦌. While fashionable sake, fruity sake, and balanced sake are popular...this one is taking the high road 🍶. The taste of rice, sweetness, and miscellaneous flavors...and the feeling of alcohol that can be felt with a lot of gusto. ☺️ I like your unwavering faith 👍👍👍. Moreover, it is a perfect match with the strong saltiness of the salmon rooibe zuke bento! Marriage 🐴🐴🐴. It's so great when you buy a sake and imagine the taste of the food and get into it just right 😍😍. Well, until Hakata... I'll be drinking leisurely 😋😋.

This sake is made by a sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara Prefecture 🍶. It is said to be a food sake made by food lovers 😋. I found the taste quite refreshing, so it might go well with fried food or other oily food 🤗🤗. Nara Prefecture has a strong image of fruity balanced type of sake, so this is a new page for me 👍👍.

The 2nd Izakaya Shinkansen opening 🚄🍶. It's blissful time to Osaka 🥰. Nice to meet you Ikegame 😊. I completely bought the jacket 👍. I was struck by the old candy ball-like design and name 😅. I thought it looks a bit sweet but it's cute so I bought it 😍(cute is justice...lol)! (Cute is right!). The taste is... yes, sweet! (←Speedwagon style. (← Speedwagon style, lol). It doesn't betray the jacket 🍬. It's not so much the sweetness of fruit, but more like coarse lambs or cotton candy, but it's not clingy! 😚. It's like a pure Daigin 🧐. It's easy to drink and good 🐴...but 3 deci definitely won't last until Osaka...😅 or maybe even Hiroshima. LOL!

Kaiun🤗. Summer Sake Review🎊🎊🎊. I'm not sure if this is the first time for me to try Kaiun 😅😅😅. I don't know the normal Kaiun so I can't compare! 😆😆 It's a dry sake with a sake degree of +6. But I don't think it's that alcoholic (I don't know...). I don't know... lol.) I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink. I think so 🍶🍶. It has a nice sharpness, so I think it would go well with strong flavors👍. However...I didn't feel the summer ☀️ style (←this is my opinion). When it gets hotter, I would be happy to drink it with grilled meat or broiled eel 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Hiran "Heaven" 🤗🤗🤗. It's heaven, right? It's heaven! LOL. Though all of Fei Lan is delicious no matter which one you drink...Heaven👼? That's why you would buy it! 😆😆. It is good as a food wine, or just as a sake! From a subtle sweetness to a refreshing acidity, this is 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴. Mie Prefecture is now famous for its sake, and this one is quite good, too. It is described as "a delicious sake that is best served chilled", and may be the perfect solution for a dinner drink during this time of year when the weather is getting hotter 😋😋😋😋.

Tefu ☺️. What is it about "tefu" 😊😊. Doesn't it sound strangely cute and peaceful? LOL! As the word sounds, it tastes gentle and peaceful 🥰. The sweet, sour, bitter, and umami flavors are not strongly assertive and disappear while leaving a faint aftertaste👍👍👍. It is a very fluffy and intoxicating dish, just like Tefu Tefu 😙😙😙😙.

The "stranger who came from the land of Sai" 🤗. What a great expression, I can't catch up with Heppoko's imagination. I can't catch up with my imagination. The name "Sairai" is beautiful, the label is beautiful, and the taste is beautiful👍. I drink it whenever I see it. LOL! Vesper is a clear liquor with a clear bottle, a blue tag and stylish lettering 🥰🥰. The alcohol is also moderate at 14 degrees, and this is the look, right? First Koimari, before! Propulsion 🎉🎉. Propulsion" means "propulsion". It is said that it was named for the vitality that moves forward strongly without losing to the headwind🤗🤗. Well, the name resonates with me in my headwind life 👍👍👍. The taste is...exquisite gas feeling of the origami. ☺️ The gentle sweetness disappears quickly and crisply...this...is my favorite one 🥰🥰🥰. It's almost like the atmosphere of Senkou! I'm in Kyushu, so I can get it easily and this is a heavy favorite 🐍🐍🐍. After all...it is indeed a S.A.G.A saga 🐴🐴🐴.

Xinzheng 🤗Xtype🍶. Nice to meet you 😊. This is it! Ummm 🎠🎠🎠🎠. Compared to the other Shinmasa series, it's exceptional 😳. The softness at the moment you put it in your mouth? It's like it goes through your mouth without any resistance, but it also has depth and umami 🐴🐴🐴. It's different from light, it's different from gentle, it's soft... (you can't tell at all, can you? LOL). And then, a peachy aroma comes through afterwards 🥰🥰🥰. No wonder it ranks high in popularity 🍑🍑🍑. ⬆️⬆️ It was a bit pricey, but worth it! It was ✨. As expected from Shinsei 🌟.

I drank the nigori of natural sake 🤗🤗. No, no, too much nigori! LOL. It's a doburoku 😳. It's as cloudy as milk😅😅. The taste...I thought it would taste more like sakekasu...but it's surprisingly refreshing despite this color and sludge...👍👍. It's like a cold sake lees soup without the smell 😊. If you sprinkle a little salt and pepper, it would be like a vichyssoise 🍲.

Kouei Kiku "Dusk Orange" 😋😋. I got it from a liquor store that had it quietly left in the fridge in the back 🎉🎉. Thank you 🙇🙇🙇. The taste is...exactly what the name implies👍. It's not too sweet, with a refreshing citrus 🍊 acidity and aroma, and a clean aftertaste ✨✨. The alcohol is also 13%, making it easy to drink 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. After all, S-A-G-A Saga...all the sake is good 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.

Heppoko's Ehime debut ㊗️🎉㊗️. I went to a department store while I was at work and saw this girl 🤗🤗. I was at work when I went to the department store and saw this girl! （I was at work, right? (I'm at work, right?! lol). So here's my review😊. A solid classic THE Han sake 🍶 (who knew?!). It's a classic sake. Looks like it would go well with oden and other dishes. And then...salt 🧂‼︎. Salt and this baby will make a perpetual spiral 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 (← it will destroy your liver, though. (It will destroy your liver, though. lol).

This is a birthday gift 😊😊. I got it because Heppoko likes Junmai Ginjo 🎉Thank you 🙇. The taste is...refreshing! 🌟🌟🌟. I think it has a good sense of gas and the freshness of the raw sake 🍶🍶. It's like a dry Champagne! (I don't know much about dry champagne. (I don't know anything about dry champagne.) (I don't know anything about dry Champagne, but lol...) This is just my impression, but I thought it would be a sake that would cover everything from a mid-meal drink to an after-dinner drink. Overall review...mmmm 🐴🐴🐴🐴!

It's a light and dry Tengumai 🤗. And it is Junmai Daiginjo 🎉🎉. The taste is.....................................light and dry! LOL...it's junmai daiginjo. It's junmai daiginjo... so it's clean and refreshing without any cloying taste 🧐🧐. Hmmm... I have an image that Ishikawa sake has some miscellaneous taste and bitterness but it's well balanced and deep 😅. If you want a clean taste, you might be better off with other sake. 🙇‍♀️ (← this is my personal opinion)
