Well...the second check-in today is AKABU🍶😙.
Delicious 🐴🐴🐴. It has a slight gassy feeling and a not-too-bitter sweetness that then clears up (hard to tell, right?). (It's hard to tell, isn't it? lol).
Anyway, it's my kind of sake. How about pairing it with spring vegetables like tempura? 😍😍
Kameizumi...first time drinking it 😊.
Sweet delicious 🐎. Pineapple juice? I've never had it before 🍍.
It's like a meal with a nice dessert 😊😊😊😊.
It was given to me as a birthday present, so I'll savor it with care. ☺️☺️☺️
It is said to be very dry, but... it is refreshing while retaining the sweetness and tenderness of Toyo Bijin. It was good, but if you want to drink dry, you should drink other brands....
It was tasty, but if you want to drink dry, you can drink other brands.... LOL!
On weekends after work, at night when you enjoy yourself alone, at dinner with friends, or in a special space where you can let yourself go, this is the sake that will surely be at the entrance.
Seasonal "Ooragarami" Yamadanishiki
It is said that it is a "seasonal" sake.
Moon Series - 🌛🌛.
Already...hey, I like it from the name. LOL.
It makes me feel like I can't wait for spring.
The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, just like Nabeshima. It has a slight gasiness and sweetness, but the aftertaste is short. Is it the influence of Tajima Goryoku? (I don't know. (I don't know, but it's a good guess. lol).
It goes well with the cherry blossom patterned glass 😊.
Let's forget about work tomorrow...let's just relax and drink 🍶🍶🍶🍶.
This is also delicious👍👍👍
It tastes different from #6 yeast (of course?). I can't describe it well, but it is more robust than floral.)
I can't describe it well, but it is more robust than gorgeous. I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink. I think so. Today we had thick fried (baked) fish, and it was a great match 🥰.
Yeast No. 6 and No. 7 can be different depending on the food, timing, and mood.
In other words... both are delicious😍 lol
Yes, delicious👍👍👍
Faint gasiness and gorgeous aroma. The gentle sweetness disappears with a lingering aftertaste. Is it hard to understand? LOL!
I thought it would go well with delicately seasoned Japanese food as an aperitif or a mid-meal drink 😊.
Comparison of 2023 and 2024 drinks 😊.
First, 2023.
Delicious 🐴🐴. It's always a rich, mellow, umami taste 🥰. The aftertaste after swallowing is the best. It has a heavy taste, but I never get tired of it. Yes, a winner! LOL!
Next, 2024 Nama Sake.
Mmmmmm 🐏🐏. This one is also very rich! But since it is a nama-shu, there is a faint gaseous feeling and it is very refreshing. It leaves a nice lingering aftertaste. This one is also a winner! LOL!
It is hard to say which is better. LOL!
It is brewed with gratitude for all the blessings that the tides bring. It is a pleasant sake with a beautiful effervescence that bounces like the waves of white blue.
The first sip is indeed...a beautiful bubbly sensation rather than a taste or aroma. Indeed...the first sip is not so much a taste or aroma as it is a beautiful effervescence. After that, the umami and acidity of the rice spread out. It is delicious, but in Nagasaki, I think I would prefer it to Hiran (this is my personal opinion).
This is Kumamoto Earthquake Reconstruction Prayer Sake 2024.
It is a really nice sake that supports the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle by a sake brewery far away. Of course, it tastes really good too. If I see it at a store, I will support (buy) it! 🤗🤗
After all, Jikin is delicious 🐴. The balance of everything is perfect! It's like a perfect balance of everything. Delicious anytime before, during or after dinner, and seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
Great stability 😊. As expected 👍.
The label is written in mirrored letters 😊. I have never had regular Chiebijin, so I can't compare. LOL.
It is a slightly sweet and gentle sake. I think it is easy to drink even for people who are not used to drinking sake. I'll try the regular Chiebijin next time 🍶.
Queen of HIRAN
This sake was created while exploring the possibilities of edible rice called "Nikomaru". There are very few sakes made with edible rice polished to a 25% milling ratio. This sake embodies the image of the queen in HIRAN, with its elegant, clear sweetness and aroma, by using only the pure center of Nikomaru, the rice that represents HIRAN.
That's what they say. LOL!
It was a beautiful sake🍶 with a really elegant sweetness.
It's cold today... with hot pot😊😊😊.
It has a robust flavor, so it doesn't overpower the taste of the nabe 🍶🍶. I bought it because of the cute airplane on the label...and I was right👍!
