Hourai today. I almost forgot about this one, and it was just about to remain hidden. This is a commemorative sake that received 5 stars for 6 consecutive years in the World Sake Brewery Ranking 2024. It has a limited lot number. It is not watered down and has a "rich and powerful aroma with a deep umami flavor that is well pronounced. It has a rich, powerful aroma and a deep umami flavor with a pleasantly sharp aftertaste. Yellow cherry blossoms today. FUKU no Hinshu. I was so preoccupied with spring sake that I almost forgot to buy and drink a cup of fukyu finshu. The last winter sake of the season? A cup of seared tiger puffer fish fins that can be heated in a microwave 🐡. Taste.... With all due respect, better than expected! Since it's not lit on fire, the flavor is not quite as good as the ones sold in Yamaguchi, but it's a super easy way to enjoy a cup of fin sake at home with a good price. I mean, I don't know what it is about fin sake, but it makes me excited 🎶. The yellow cherry sake itself has a full and gentle flavor. The seller of puffer fish fins is Shunpanro, a very high-end puffer fish restaurant. Let's buy some next season.

Today is the seventh wise day of the year. It was a cold rainy day, but a spring sake. It is gorgeous, mellow on the palate, and dry and sharp. The official description says, "A fresh aroma of green apples intertwined with a fine oriel." It is indeed. Indeed. Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15%. Sake rice is Hitogokochi I can't wait for spring! This is totally unrelated, but 7-Eleven's salmon toba is really good. I love it.

Today is Tsukiawase. Kochi is a place that holds a special place in my heart. I thought Kochi sake was light and dry, but this CEL-24 is very fruity and sweet, like a sweet white wine! I was surprised to find out why the letters of Shibobotan are upside down. When I think of Tsukibotan, I think of drinking dry sake together with cups of Okame, Hyottoko, and Tengu, but this sweet sake seems to be more cute.

Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol between 15 and 16 degrees. The rice used for the sake is Comet from Hokkaido. Sweeter and mellower than expected. Slightly traditional flavor with a sake-like feel. Comet is a promising star of Hokkaido's sake rice (just because it is a comet) and is expected to produce a light-flavored sake. I like the name because it is cool.

Nabeshima the other day. We even have Lord Nabeshima make an appearance. He is a master of his craft! I only remember that I was so excited. This seemed to be the last sake. But more importantly, we changed the restaurant and drank highballs and other drinks. I don't remember anything from the middle of the after-party. Shinsei → Jikin → Jyukin → Jyushidai → Sando → Kido → Kaze no Mori → Isoboast → Kagatobi → Shinsei → Shinsei → Shinsei → Nabeshima + beer + highballs + α I am ashamed of myself. After all those nights of vowing to drink the same amount of water as sake, I made the same mistake again. What a viciousness this time, even though all the sake was rare and rare. The price was even more than I had bargained for, but I had to pay for my junior colleague's sake as well, and of course I missed the nearest station and had to take a cab home from an unknown location. Despite the lightness of my wallet, the weight of the credit card debt weighed heavily on me. The next morning, I arrived in hell with a hangover. But I'm glad I made it home safe and sound, without encountering any accidents or incidents. Good drinks and a fun night were the real thing. Thank you very much, God of alcohol.

The other day, I was proud of the rocky shore. It is said that President Sato of Niimasa was so impressed by Isobojiman that he became interested in the family business of sake brewing, the Isobojiman (brand name unknown). I drank it for the first time. Perhaps it was because I had been drinking fruity sake for a long time, but I was surprised by its crisp taste. I remember this one. Honjozo, like Jyushiyo, is not to be underestimated.

Wind Forest the other day. This is another sake I wanted to drink. I love Nara and I've been there many times and had some sake, but this is probably my first time in Kaze no Mori. I don't know Akitsuho 657, so I can't compare it to how Next is, but I think it was delicious! I mean, I don't remember it well!
