The second sake tasting comparison in Tsuwano is Hanaizumi by Hanaizumi Shuzo!
Junmai sake this time!
Let's start with the sake!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will find that it has a smooth mouthfeel similar to Hatsushin, or is it water?
The bitterness is impressive from the complex taste, and it finishes nicely.
There is almost no sweetness, but there is a little sourness. It is easy to drink.
Warmed sake
Next, we warmed it up a little.
It has a nice aroma when you put it in your mouth!
The rice flavor is strong, with a lingering bitter to spicy aftertaste.
The bitterness is very strong.
The taste is very similar, but the flavors are completely different, so it was a very enjoyable comparison!

Thank you, Kano!
I agree with you 😋, you can feel each other's good points more when you compare the sake 😋.
Sake is a lot of fun to taste, drink, and compare 🤗.

Hi, ma-ki- 😀
I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better 😇.
I didn't drink sake at all when I lived in Yamaguchi, so I was surprised to find sake in Tsuwano, where I often went to visit 🤣.

Thank you, Yasbay!
My health seems to be almost back to normal thanks to you🍀.
I see you went to Tsuwano often 🎵.
There was a sake brewery in Tsuwano called Takasago 🍶.
I am looking forward to more and more unknown encounters!
