The last of the three consecutive Genshiryoku Mai pitches will be
Miyamanishiki, which was the first wine I drank and was shocked at how delicious it was.
This got me hooked 🍶.
The bottle was opened on a cold day, which is rare for snow to fall in Tanzawa in April❄.
I already knew before I drank it, but it's still delicious 💖.
The Yamadanishiki Tokujun is good, but I think I like this one better...

Rice used: Miyamanishiki 49
Sake meter: +3
Acidity: 1.6
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake with 49% Miyamanishiki polished rice. This series of nama-zake is full of Genmai's charm and offers plenty of delicate flavor, yet it never loses its lightness.
This is a popular sake that represents Genmai. The elegant aroma, delicate and silky flavor, pleasant acidity, and clean aftertaste are all perfect.

At first I was only drinking Niigata's light dry sake, so I am glad I found this sake 🎵.

Holy Samuchi konbanha!
I think it looks like the scenery near my house.
I've only bought one Gensai by accident😅.
I think I'll go for it 🤔

Eririn, konpan ha 🎵.
Snow is really rare this time of year. If you look the other way, you can see Enoshima Island!
Please show me the scenery near Erin next time 😆.
Good luck with your GENMAI GET ✨
