We opened a bottle of Sogapert's "Sake-Elotique Trois (No. 3 yeast)" that has been aged for a year! The acidity has been effective and the depth has increased. Yesterday we went climbing in the Northern Alps! On the way back, we stocked up on this season's Sogapère! I was talking with the store owner, and he said that it gets heavier when it's laid down, so it's up to each person's taste. It's up to each person's taste. After drinking this bottle, I would like to try this season's Sogapeel and compare them! Climbing in the Northern Alps, we went from Happoone to Karamatsu-dake (唐松岳). The summit was covered with gas, but it was broken for a moment and Tsurugidake was floating in the sea of clouds in the distance!
