This is a fresh one I bought the other day.
I really wanted to compare the difference of one year with the same one...
Nice and light, with a gentle acidity.
I think I prefer this one to the Trois.
I didn't realize how different the taste is depending on the yeast and how long the wine is left to mature...
It's very deep 🍶.
