Let's start with the aroma...
The aroma is not very strong, it is faintly fruity but quite mild...
It's very easy to drink due to the low alcohol content (11°C) and the gasiness in the mouth ✨.
Delicate sweetness, good acidity, umami and a perfect balance of beautiful sake quality 🍶.
The mouthfeel is very light, and in a good sense, there is no unnecessary assertiveness, so you can gobble it up 😋.
I personally love this 💕
The specs are undisclosed except that it's Yamada Nishiki and the rice polishing ratio is also unknown... but the clean and modern taste is brilliant ✨✨.
I'd like to try the others 😆.
