It is hard to find "Isshaku Suisei" at my place 🍶.
I found it at a liquor store quite far away from here, so I had to buy it 🙋.
This sake means "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water" 🍶✨✨.

The sake has a beautiful texture and the rice flavor and a hint of sweetness flows through the mouth without being sticky at all.
The finish has a gentle acidity and a slight bitterness that finishes nicely....
