This time, we will be having the World's Kuheiji, which is also used in a three-star restaurant in Paris 🍶.
I've had it at a few restaurants before, but it's just a beautiful sake ✨.
SAUVAGE means "wild taste" and we will enjoy the wild taste of OMACHI to the fullest 😋.
First, let's smell the aroma...oh⁉️ the moment you open the bottle, it has a fruity aroma like sweet, ripe bananas...on the palate, there is a slight gassy feeling and the first thing you feel is the deliciousness of the Omachi rice✨✨.
The elegant sweetness, beautiful acidity, and slight bitterness are in perfect balance, and the mouth is jam-packed with deliciousness. ☺️
I'm not privy to the detailed specs, but I'm guessing it's a bit on the dry side?
I was going to taste the wild taste, but the beautiful quality of the sake made me feel elegant...
