By the way, the "Zero" is Nama-shu, the "Ichi" is Hi-iri, the "Ni-shiki" is Orikarami, the "San-shiki" is Happo-genjyu, and the "Four" is Kijo-shu.
The aroma is reminiscent of Muscat and a soft lactic acid aroma ✨.
It has a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, and at a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is very easy to drink 🍶 and delicious 😋.
The pleasant acidity and umami that is characteristic of Senkyoku is nicely integrated ✨.
Despite being fire-roasted, the fresh and fresh taste makes you wonder if it is really fire-roasted.
