At Kanichi's in Mishima after a recent round of golf. Fuji Day (Feb. 23), Honorific Fuji pressed in the morning. Naturally, this is my first time.
New sake with a little leesiness. It is deep and dry. It is a fresh sake with weight. It went well with fish.
Beer→Honorifuji→Hakugakure Masamune→Shoyuki

I love this sake and sushi, and the variety of Shizuoka's sake is unique to the local area 😊.

I actually thought Shizuoka sake was not so good, but this was delicious.
