I learned the next day that it is good lukewarm. I drank it cold, but it tasted quite clear.

I don't know which sake it is. But it is refreshingly good!

The first sake of the new year, we chose a sake suitable for the start of the year named "departure".
The sweetness, the taste of rice, and the richness were all wonderful, and the sake cups kept flowing without stopping.
