Sweet! 'Fresh like a lychee! Light yet moist and sweet! 1814" is one of the most popular of the Yokoyama SILVER brands. 1814 means that it was brewed by crossing two yeast strains, Association 1801 and 1401. The latest trend is to be particular about even the yeast. When you open the bottle, a sweet aroma reminiscent of fresh lychee wafts through the air. When you drink it, you can enjoy the slightly bubbly taste of new sake on your tongue and throat. Above all, it is juicy and elegantly sweet, as if you were biting into a fruit overflowing with juice! Enjoy it chilled to less than 5℃. From https://www.sake-kagiya.com/view/item/000000001785

From the official website This sparkling rice wine is made from the sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" with fine bubbles and a refreshing aroma like muscat, and offers a light and refreshing taste. To bring out the flavor of the base junmai sake, the alcohol content was kept at 12 degrees, about the same level as that of ordinary sparkling wine. The sweet and sour flavor is voluminous, but the crisp, sharp acidity unique to Kubota gives it a refreshingly clean feel on the palate."

I don't have the vocabulary, but this was good! I like how the taste changes as you drink it. They say this is another sake that is hard to find.

From the official website This is the third in the Yamamoto series, following Pure Black and Midnight Blue. The sake rice, milling ratio, and yeast used are the same as for Pure Black, with the only difference being the koji mold. The sweet and sour first kiss-like flavor is derived from citric acid, which is found in lemons and other citrus fruits. It is only prepared when there is enough stock of Pure Black, so there is no fixed time for its release. You should buy it when you find it in stores."
