It is a rare sake at this time of the year, and is believed to be a limited edition sake from the brewery.
My grandparents' house is located near the brewery, and I welcomed them with sushi with my relatives, but since Hokkaido is full of beer drinkers, there was no one to accompany us with sake, so I enjoyed the sake alone. (My grandmother is always kind enough to go to the brewery to prepare a bottle of sake for me).
I am very happy to be able to have a bottle of nama sake at this time of the year, the kind of sake we drink at New Year's!

We had some sake that was left at my parents' house.
I thought it would be a modern fruity sake with 38% comet rice polishing, but it was only slightly fruity and had a strong sake taste, so it would go well with strong-flavored seafood!

Kinjidake Sake Brewery in Shintotsukawa Town
Hokkaido is full of brands whose names I know but have never seen before.
Polishing ratio 55%, Ginpu 15.0 degrees, Sake degree +3.0, 1380 yen
Seicomart, a convenience store in Hokkaido, carries this sake in their online store.
It's a little classic but refreshing, a little like Kunimare but not as spicy as Kunimare.
