I went to Hidaka region for the first time on business.
On the way, I stopped at Niikappu for a short break.
I found a sake named "Shinkappu" at the roadside station.
I found a bottle of sake named "Shinkappu" at the roadside station.
It's junmai ginjo, but I think it has a bit too much alcohol.
I drank it with cheese at the hotel, so it masked the alcohol content surprisingly well!
