Firmly sweet but also dark and full of flavor. The slight fizz is not so noticeable.
I think it is a summer sake, but I can't consume it in summer, so I enjoy it in a hot room while eating nabe (hot pot).
I thought Tokyo's clear was the last I'd ever see, but I run into him at the Haneda International Lounge. They adjust the making process for each tank. Full-bodied and tasty. Delicious 😋.
