Yamaguchi sake No. 2 at a banquet.
It is sweet with 5% alcohol.
It's good for toast. But I drank it in the middle of the party, so the timing was wrong😅 but it's easy to drink and tasty.
Spring Japanese Sake Festival 🌸
We were supposed to have a cherry blossom viewing party, but it unexpectedly rained so hard that we had to retire after about an hour 😂☔️
I hope it will be fine next time!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the sparkling sweetness of the rice!

At a home potluck party
We had it as a toast.
Everyone was surprised by the sake.
It's very easy to drink and creates a great buzz.
I would like to have a bigger bottle as it is a small amount.
It definitely blows out.
Be careful when opening the bottle.
Nene Happo Junmai Shu, Polishing ratio 70%, Alcohol 5%.
Banana and citrus top notes. Strong sweetness with a sweet and sour taste. It has a strong sweetness with a core, but it is not clingy due to the bubbles and refreshing acidity. The umami and acidity are extremely weak, and it is like rice juice. It is a sake that should be well chilled and enjoyed in large gulps.

It's swirly, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste spreads.
It was sweet and fruity, and tasted like grape or grape.
The fact that rice alone can produce this kind of flavor shows the wide range of sake.
Delicious!
