It is not wine-like, but rather, it has a strong alcohol content and a slightly spicy taste, making it a very strong sake. The silver lettering and the cloudy white bottle are beautiful, just like a crane.

Yonetsuru is the brewery that made me fall in love with sake, and I had the sparkling nigori when I first started at Sake no Wa 🎵.
