This is Okibi in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo. When I went up the stairs and opened the door, I was greeted with a smile. They recommended a bottle of liquor from the Kanto area, which I don't usually drink, to me. A fruity drink I've come across! I've often seen it reviewed as fruity, but I've never tasted it, but Hanayosu is exactly that, fruity 😂 without the unpleasant taste, and it's become my favorite drink. I only know of one liquor store in the Kansai area that carries it. I can't wait to go to Tokyo.

I regularly buy this sake from Niigata. It has a distinctive label, and this time it was an unfiltered Hachiro-shibori pure sake. It was sweet and mellow and delicious.

Natsurin: First time in Shinomine is a challenge, starting with summer sake! The brewery says it's refreshing and crisp and enjoyable. It was slightly carbonated and had too much of a crisp punch! The dry punch is still there on day two! Ingredients: Rice, rice malt Rice polishing rate: 60%. Alcohol content: 15%.

It was a gift 🎁 from a friend of mine who does the tea ceremony 🎁 and the name Sen no Rikyu was a neat touch. I got this 🎁 as a gift from a friend of mine who is a tea practitioner, so I thought it would be nice to have a hot one, but the 300ml was gone before I could finish it. The photo is too dark 💦

The clear blue sky and the true colors Unfiltered Raw Sake from Zun Bi Sake Brewery😌 We got it from a guy in Nagoya, and it's good! The taste didn't drop on the first day or the second day, and the light flavor and aftertaste kept the chopsticks going. Daiginjo(^o^) Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, Yamadanishiki 100%. Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing rate: 50%.

For the second time! Echigo cherry blossom 👏 It is a summer sake. It's a summer sake. This label is also cool and cute. It has a mild sweetness and a clean aftertaste. After all, we choose a cherry blossom cup (cherry blossom🌸) for the cherry blossom cup.

This is also a summer sake. Kagatobi-san lets me buy it from time to time. This time, I could drink it at once with a fish dish because of a summer sake.

I heard it was a summer-only Daiginjo. I stopped by the supermarket and saw that it was the last bottle, so I picked it up. I was worried about whether it would go well with meat dishes, but it was crispy and yet light in the mouth. . It goes well with meat dishes, and I felt the summer heat eased. Ingredients: rice, rice malt, brewer's alcohol Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing rate: 50%.

100% Echizen Tsuru Ichjo (100% Echizen Taneri from the Tochio Terraces) This brewery makes it from rice using the duck farming method. It's one of my top ranked sakes in Japan. I don't know how many bottles I've already had since I met them at Sake no Jin. Compared to Yamashiroya, it is now relatively more affordable at department stores in the Kansai region. It has a fruity aroma and smoothness, and when you put it in your mouth, it is not prickly at all and you take it like water. When I serve ICHO to the table, I serve it with sashimi in my home.

Yamashinoya Junmai Daiginjo 1st-Class Sake from one of my favorite Niigata breweries, Koshi Meinjo, is one of my favorites. I have never seen this series of saké even when the brewery visits us at a sake exhibition or department store for many years. I've never seen this series even when breweries visited us at a sake camp or department store exhibition for many years, but I have a personal theory that it hasn't spread to the Kansai region yet. I wanted this one so badly that I looked for a liquor store with online support ✨. Perhaps because it is a Daiginjo compared to Koshinotsuru and Ichjo, it gives the impression that you can enjoy it easily. The aroma is also a little less. Yamashinoya seems to be only available in Daiginjo. I am looking forward to the time when it is released again.

This one was also recommended to me. I've heard of it, but I've never had it, so I chose the Junmai Ginjo, which I like. It was sweet to drink, but had a firm, mild aftertaste and was easy to drink as well. I'm glad I got the recommendation for this one. I wonder if they'll be offering some unpasteurized sake or something. I would like to welcome them.

The second part of the alcoholic beverage that you recommended. A natural home in Fukushima. It has a mild sweetness to it, and you can enjoy it easily without any alcohol. I got a bottle of unfiltered sake this time, so I'd like to order a Junmai Ginjo from them next time. SAKE COMPETITION 2019 GOLD 5th Place in the Junmai Sake Category Purchased in June

Purchased at the supermarket on my way home from work. It has a light punch in the mouth and then a slight sweetness. I wonder if it would change if it were warmed up. I can't help but wonder what snacks it would go with. Ranked No.1 in Okayama in the Sake no Wa area Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 13%. Rice polishing rate: 65%.

I've been curious about this brewery since Kazuhiko Ohta designed the label. Finally, we were able to welcome them! It's been a long time since I've been able to take a picture before drinking 😅. The moment you take a sip of this drink, it feels dry, but the mellowness of the drink catches up with you later on and makes it very easy to drink. I wish I had bought another bottle to see how the taste would change the next day, but a bottle was empty in the blink of an eye 💦 I should have bought another one. Ingredients: Rice, rice kouji, Omachi 100% Rice polishing rate: 65%. Alcohol content: 19%.

We had summer sake for the first time at Kairou! As I opened it the first day and the second day, I felt that the acidity got stronger and stronger. I like the taste of the first day, as I am a fan of lightness. Mr. Sake Gen. This must, which is made of "Hananishiki", Kumamoto original sake rice and "Kumamoto Yeast", was stored at low temperature for less than 30 days after topping up the must, and then matured, bottled at low temperature for one time. This is a summer limited edition of Kourou, which has a refreshing sourness and freshness that is comfortable in summer. The Chinese character for "Ryo" in the Japanese word for "Ryo" is "Kyo" and the number "9" is used in this brewery, which is the birthplace of yeast #9. Ingredients: Rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing rate: 65%.
