◎This sake is from Odate City, Akita Prefecture.
At 300 ml, it was a reasonable size and just the right amount for three people.
It was fruity in the mouth, but the aftertaste was dry for a junmai daiginjo, perhaps because of the impression of dryness for a junmai daiginjo, so those who are not so familiar with sake drank it gently.
