I found this Kita Akita Hiyoroshi at a supermarket I stopped by on my way home from work.
I chilled it, but the time was short, so it was room temperature while I drank it. The aroma has a slight cemedine smell. It is crisp and dry. It leaves a lingering aftertaste, but it's delicious.

The taste is firm for a Daiginjo.
It has a moderate acidity and is very easy to drink without any peculiarities.
I think it has a dry finish, so it has a sharpness and will not be defeated by meat dishes.
I paired it with sautéed Pacific saury and mushrooms, which are full of flavorful ingredients, and it was very tasty.
