This must, which is made of "Hananishiki", Kumamoto original sake rice and "Kumamoto Yeast", was stored at low temperature for less than 30 days after topping up the must, and then matured, bottled at low temperature for one time. This is a summer limited edition of Kourou, which has a refreshing sourness and freshness that is comfortable in summer. The Chinese character for "Ryo" in the Japanese word for "Ryo" is "Kyo" and the number "9" is used in this brewery, which is the birthplace of yeast #9.
