I heard it was a summer-only Daiginjo. I stopped by the supermarket and saw that it was the last bottle, so I picked it up. I was worried about whether it would go well with meat dishes, but it was crispy and yet light in the mouth.
. It goes well with meat dishes, and I felt the summer heat eased.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt, brewer's alcohol
Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice polishing rate: 50%.
