The first Aichi brewer, Kupeiji, between the fire and the moon. Here and the sake for warming up. Warmed up....fire, moon and moon💡 stylish😌 When served at room temperature, it has a variety of flavors, and when it's warmed up, it has a mellow taste. It goes well with strong flavored meat, ham and mayonnaise. It also goes well with fish and soy sauce.

I'm welcoming this one to be hot as well. It's warmed up and goes well with a strong flavored dish like ham and mayonnaise 😌. Dry and light, correctly ✨. Ingredients: Rice, rice malt Rice: 100% Hanabuki snowflake Rice polishing rate: 58%. Alcohol content: 15%.

It's been a while since I posted ✍ Sake from Okumikawa, Aichi. I got a bottle of this one, and this time I had it hot again, and it's a really delicious, non-intrusive sake that I enjoyed in two days. It's not the fruity type of sake that is popular these days, but it has a sweetness to it. It's not easy to find at liquor stores, so I have been sending this one to me from Aichi Prefecture. Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewer's alcohol Alcohol content: 15-16 degrees or more

I've been curious about this feather shop. I was going to buy it online before, but the next minute it was SOLD OUT😢 This is one that I knew I was going to be welcoming at the time of the chill-out. Easy to drink! It's a little dry, so it's not quite as easy to drink as water, but it's a great way to enjoy a meal ✨Tasty 🙌 Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing rate: 60%.

Nice to meet you, Taiheizan, Akita. I like the atmosphere of this label because it has the feel of a Japanese sake. I don't know much about it because I don't know enough about it yet 😅. When I took a sip, I thought it was the sake, because it was unpasteurized, it was like sparkling sake and not too sweet, so I loved it. If you like it sweet, you might not like it. We had a dinner dinner with the sake from Akita two days in a row.

Hello, Kita-Akita's hiyaoroshi. It was crisp and dry, a bit spicier than usual for a Kita-Akita. But it didn't let the food stop me from drinking it, and I continued to enjoy it until I opened the bottle😌. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing rate: 50%.

It's also a spring sake from Hanami Sake. Early this spring, I had a cup of this brewery's sake for the first time in a while🌸When I drank it before, the bitterness of the alcohol was very strong, but it tasted mild and mellow, perhaps because of the springtime sake! I can see why they're so popular in the drinking camp!

Happy Yellow Tincture Sound *Halloween Version As the name suggests, the color of the drink is yellow. This is just one year old. It's getting close to Halloween again this year, so I guess it's about to be released. I love the tiniest sound in sparring😌 and there are many different types available depending on the season, but I recommend the normal type without being too sweet.

Just half a year ago, in March, I received a gift from a tavern that produced directly from Hokkaido in Hakkaku-ya It went well with both meat and fish dishes. I can't wait to go to the pub.

I also like Yuzu sake and sometimes buy it. This Izumi Hime has a lovely washi style moon label. Yuzu>Alcohol This is one of my favorite yuzu sakes, and one of the best in the world.

It's been a long time since we've had a cranky turtle. Echigo-Tsurukame has been a regular visitor to our shop. The last time it was a summer sake, it was easy to drink, but this is the usual Tsurukame. It was delicious, with a lot of flavour and almost no sourness or unpleasantness. On the second or third day, it changes to a dry one. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: between 15 and 16 degrees Rice polishing rate: 65%.

This is a great sake to drink with its flavor and subtle acidity. It went well with fish dishes! The second day is slightly more acidic, and you may want to drink it all in the first day. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: between 16 and 17 degrees Rice polishing rate: 45%.

Kaze-no-Mori is one of the top sake brands in the ranking of Sake-no-Wa. We immediately ordered a bottle of their fruity sake, but there were so many different kinds that we didn't know which one to choose. I picked this one up first. Akitsuho 657. Lightly carbonated and sweet. Just sweet. A little different from sparring. I think it's more like champagne. Next time I'd like to have a less sweet kind. Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, 100% Akitsuho Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing rate: 65%.

It's hot in the summer, but we enjoyed it lukewarm. I enjoyed it at room temperature, lukewarm and hot, but lukewarm is the best for my taste, and it was mild and not prickly 😄 100% Miyagi rice On the back, they say it's 10-15 degrees to cool and 30-40 degrees to warm up for a rich flavor. It's hard to tell the temperature at home 💦.

JA Shunan's original pure rice ginjo-shu "Ichigane Issen, It is made from the top-grade Yamada Nishiki rice (sake rice) from Shunan City, and the rice is polished to 50%, so you can taste the original flavor and aroma of the rice. We receive this sake every year from a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, but it is not sold outside the prefecture, probably because it is sold by the JA. It has a mild and deep taste and goes well with both fish and meat dishes, making it one of my favorite drinks 😁. Ingredients: rice, rice kouji (from Yamaguchi prefecture) Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing rate: 50%.

It has a beautiful mouth feel and finish. The label is also cut out of the text, which is also very stylish! There were even cherry blossom petals on the stool and it was just like spring wine! Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing rate: 55%.

This one is also a solid piece of Sentry that you recommended last year at Suzuden. It was a little quirky in the mouth, but easy to drink.

Last December, we went to Suzuden Liquor Store to look for a sake from the Kanto region. He recommended a bottle of sake from the Kanto region, which I don't drink very often. He took it out of the back of the store and said it was just in today. After this, we learned how popular Houou Bita was. It was just as popular and had no aftertaste, which made me want to buy it again.

Nara no Shojo. This label is also unique, Omachi! and Yamadanishiki! Five million stones! It's made from 100% regional rice. It's easy to understand! Because it's in Nara, it's brewed in the quiet atmosphere of the Yoshino cedar trees, and is said to be brewed over time in a kilometer-long brewery. I found this Omachi to be the easiest to drink, with a mellow sweetness and mild taste on the third day. When I tried it for the first time on the fourth day, it went from being mellow to a punchy sake! Ingredients: Rice, rice malt 100% Omachi of Okayama Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing rate: 50%.

Mr. Cutlery in West Shinjuku. They recommended this drink after the Hanayo bath. This one is also very fruity and easy to drink. The one I had earlier had a sweeter taste, so I felt it was a little light. I visited Mr. Cuttlefish last year.
