I've been curious about this brewery since Kazuhiko Ohta designed the label. Finally, we were able to welcome them! It's been a long time since I've been able to take a picture before drinking 😅.
The moment you take a sip of this drink, it feels dry, but the mellowness of the drink catches up with you later on and makes it very easy to drink.
I wish I had bought another bottle to see how the taste would change the next day, but a bottle was empty in the blink of an eye 💦 I should have bought another one.
Ingredients: Rice, rice kouji, Omachi 100%
Rice polishing rate: 65%.
Alcohol content: 19%.
