I got this bottle of Kenryo for New Year's greeting. It has a light and crisp dry taste. I had it hot and mildly dry and drank it slowly😌.

For my first post of 2021, I'll be using Jyudai Hakutsuru Nishiki, which reigns at the top of the rankings at Sake No Wa 😳. This is also one of the bottles that I have had since last year and was thinking about when to open it. I'm sure you'll agree with me. This is actually my second Jyushiyo. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of this product. It's sweet and fruity. It's sweet, fruity, and mellow, like sweet water. The second day, the sweetness was suppressed and a firmness was added, which my parents preferred. Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Alcohol content: 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio: 45

This is a sake that I won in a project of Yummy is Ale. I heard that 12 sake breweries in Hokkaido made sake using three new types of rice. Fukuji's Junmai Ginjo is brewed with a rice called Kitashizuku. We paired it with some dried Hokkaido fish 😳 and it's a perfect match for some of the more flavorful dishes 🙌.

The watermark on the label is beautiful and the single stroke is beautiful😌. I fell in love with the label at first sight and bought it. It's lightly cloudy, with a dry micro-carbonation🥂The second day it quickly turns into a mellow micro-carbonation😌.

Nigori sake from my favorite brewery😍. Yesterday was Christmas at our house🎄. Taking pictures while it's cloudy before it's firmly empty with snowball's revenge and bustling with food😅. This year's nigorizake also has a concentrated flavor and sweetness without the exquisite slight carbonation, I should have bought another bottle 😂.

Empty bottles of Senkou's Snowman⛄😥I always take a picture of them after I've drunk them, so the cute snowman expressed in Nigorizake is reduced by half. I got it for the first time this year, but when I stored it in the fridge, half of it was gone 😨The lid seems to be special too... I'm wondering how to keep it in the fridge so it doesn't disappear🤔. I'm not sure how to keep it in the fridge so it doesn't get lost 🤔. and it got milder and easier to drink! And the next day it came to my feet🤗

I remember getting this at an izakaya a long time ago... We were welcomed with a variety of sake brands, and I realized that there are many Fukushima sakes that match my tastes. Aizu Nakasho is not fruity, of course, but it has a sweetness and no miscellaneous flavors, and it can be served either cold or warm. I prefer to drink it hot😌. It's a very old-fashioned sake.

Both Choryu's Ginjo-shu and Junmai-shu are delicious served hot 😌 Cold sake is a bit more alcoholic. Comparing the two...I got the impression that the Ginjo sake was more mellow. I found this one easier to drink.

Kamotsuru's freshly brewed sake. When I was in Hiroshima, I stopped by the brewery and talked to them about their products😌. I got 🎁 from a friend the other day and got it as soon as possible! The brewery didn't have this kind of sake. It is more mellow and easier to drink than the Kamotsuru I've been drinking 😄.

I've drunk it ♥ I met Hanayosu at an izakaya in Tokyo. It's one of my top 5 favorite sake. The liquor stores in the Kansai area don't have it readily available, so I finally picked it up at the liquor store online 🤗. I was looking for the first gold letters I received, and I got the pink one in pink and silver only ♥ I let it sleep in the fridge for a long time, and I recently opened it to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary 🎉 A little less sweetness than pineapple, and a slight faint carbonation Sweet, delicious 😂. It's my favorite drink!

Sorry for the comment, Tsuge. It's great that you finally got it and put it to bed, and that you opened a bottle of Hanayosu for your parents' wedding anniversary! I'd like to drink it while savoring the flower sunbathing I got too😊.

Punic acid Thank you for your comment✋. The taste of the drink changes depending on the situation and the person drinking it ^ ^. I can't make any helpful comments, but I'll be back to you myself 😊. Later on, Master...

I found another drink that was too good to be true 😍 The brewer makes shochu, so I thought the sake had a strong alcoholic flavor and I bought it as a gift for my parents. When I took a sip, it had a mild sweetness from the rice and a fruity sweetness, but it had a sake like aftertaste. And my parents were also very happy with the taste, so I would like to have another bottle if I get the chance ✨

My favorite brewery, Hakuryu Shuzo's freshly squeezed sake😄 The brewery was able to receive this year's mail order successfully 🙌 Delicious again this year! I felt that alcohol alone was too strong, but when you combine it with a solid meal such as soy sauce, sauce, or mayonnaise, the flavor becomes clean and doesn't interfere with the meal 😳 Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content: 19%. Rice polishing rate: 60%.

It's a raw sake with a slight carbonation and a strong sweetness. After leaving it for a few days, the bicarbonate of soda disappears and the sweet and sour flavors become stronger. We recommend that you drink this sake as soon as possible after opening it 💡. The last time I had Kamo Kinshu was more to my liking 😳.

Zhong Gingyu Aichi's sake goes well with Japanese food. I got this sake a few years ago, and it's slightly carbonated with a sweet and sour taste. It tasted the same as before😌

Nabe-Junmai. I didn't know it was from Ichinokura! Just like the label says, it went perfectly with the pot 💡. It went more swiftly hot than cold 😄. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing rate: 65%. Alcohol content: 16%.

A sweet, slightly carbonated, slightly fruity drink. I've seen this at Sakenois often, so I bought it. The sourness was low, and the sweetness and slight carbonation settled in after a few days😌I preferred the taste after a few days rather than after I opened it. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing rate: 50%. Alcohol content: 14.5 degrees

It's a really delicious sake that can be served cold or lukewarm. It has no sourness or miscellaneous flavors, and the sweetness and mellowness of the rice and the aroma are also great. It goes well with Japanese food, and the 720ml bottle is empty in no time at all. Apparently they've also won a gold medal in a sake contest, which makes sense! Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing rate: 55%. Alcohol content: 16%.

It has a gorgeous and elegant aroma that goes well with a wine glass. The taste is sweeter and more acidic than when Iono was first released, and it's much easier to drink. It goes well with both Japanese and Western food😌 Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing rate: 60%. Alcohol content: 16%.

Nice to meet you, Akatake. It has a fruity taste that is slightly different from the sweetness of the rice, with a slight sourness and a slight carbonation. It tastes better with western food than Japanese food, and the sourness settles down and becomes easier to drink with increasing days.

Last time we got the Jokuto Manchu, I was crushing on the mild and gorgeous sweetness of the sake, and now I'm pleased to welcome the 2019 brew, a one-fire Junmai Ginjo! It's a little less sweet, but still has the same gorgeous flavor, but it's easy to drink cold.
