This sake is produced by the Kumamoto Sake Brewing Research Institute, famous as the birthplace of Kumamoto yeast.
It is the ultimate in sweet and sour, with a slight gaseous sensation when first opened.
It has a heavy Champagne-like taste and is very drinkable, but it is not for everyone.
I stopped by a sake store and got it because I was so curious about the label!
And I was even more surprised because it was "Koroh".
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was mildly fruity with berries, tropical fruits, and yellow peaches.
The mouthfeel is fresh with a slight gassy sensation. The clear, transparent nose is followed by a grape-like sweetness that gradually spreads. The palate is fresh with a bright citrus acidity as described in the description. It is a modern taste that disappears like a gentle breeze!
Like the "Aomori Terroir" that we opened earlier, it has the power of white malted rice, and is refreshing and enjoyable ✨.
I also had my first Tokujun, "Kyuyo Masamune", and this Planet 9. There are so many different types of sake here, it's interesting!
Refreshing, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨️
Sweet, delicious 🐴 & subtle, acidic 🐴🐴🍶🍶❗️
It's getting cold, so I'm going to heat it up 🍶.
It's very tasty and the acidity is very pronounced. ⤴️✨️
It's very tasty.

I had never had Korosan before, so I reached out to try it 😄.
Upon opening the seal, you will notice a moderate sweetness and a slightly assertive acidity 🤔.
What? Fruity? What about the mellowness? I thought so.
I had a strong impression of No. 9 yeast and expected sweet and fruity 😇.
It has a sour taste and a refreshing taste.
It is smooth and easy to drink 😅.
The aroma was mellow and expansive, and I could finally feel the No. 9 yeast character.
It's not stated clearly, but it's #9 yeast 😅.
And it's Koroh 😅.
It's planet 9 😅😅
I'd like to tsk tsk if I'm wrong 🤣.
Hi Hiro 😃.
The ninth planet🪐 was Uranus or Neptune when we were students🧐 but now it's vacant🥸.
Well, it may not have anything to do with the taste of sake 🍶😅I'm sure it's the ninth yeast.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I learned that the 9th is Pluto 🪐 now it has been downgraded to a quasi-planet 🥲.
You must be thinking of Pluto as such a brand ...... or not 🤣I guess it's the 9th yeast 😆.

Yeast used: Kumamoto yeast (Kyokai No. 9 yeast)
This is a new challenge by the brewery where Kumamoto yeast (Kyokai No. 9 yeast) originated!
The yeast is characterized by its gorgeous aroma and low acidity.
It is delicious, but the flavor is slightly different from the description on the back label!
The aroma is weak and the acidity is quite refreshing, not puffy!
It is quite refreshing!
It's very tasty, though!

This November, Kumamoto Prefecture and Umeda commercial facilities are collaborating with each other, so I came to Umeda today to drink Kumamoto Prefecture's sake🍶.
We compared three Kumamoto sake at this restaurant.
I have often heard of this sake, but this was my first time to try it.
It was a mellow and delicious cup with a hint of rice flavor. 🙆♂️
