Yamashinoya Junmai Daiginjo 1st-Class
Sake from one of my favorite Niigata breweries, Koshi Meinjo, is one of my favorites. I have never seen this series of saké even when the brewery visits us at a sake exhibition or department store for many years. I've never seen this series even when breweries visited us at a sake camp or department store exhibition for many years, but I have a personal theory that it hasn't spread to the Kansai region yet.
I wanted this one so badly that I looked for a liquor store with online support ✨.
Perhaps because it is a Daiginjo compared to Koshinotsuru and Ichjo, it gives the impression that you can enjoy it easily. The aroma is also a little less. Yamashinoya seems to be only available in Daiginjo. I am looking forward to the time when it is released again.
